I would like to say a special thank you to Annie Collier who made the dealings with vendor, solicitors and my selling agents seamless. Thank you again to all involved.

Phenomenal experience. Literally everyone that assisted with the procurement process was extremely helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. Miles & Barr are very influential and highly connected and as thus, can create a pipeline and interface with multiple disciplines to deliver a package tailored to one’s needs and expectations. High fives, fist bumps and hugs to Megan & Annie + the entire team who strategised and coordinated the affairs necessary to see me through every stage - my own personal guardians. Senior purchase progress or, Rebecca Gravener went beyond her remit to assist with what I initially looked like a straightforward apartment purchase in Canterbury.
It was not straightforward due to the complexity of the lease and 3 sets of solicitors involved.
She continued to pursue in order to complete the transaction , sending many emails and phone calls. The sale has finally been completed after 8 months!
