Mikes motors were brilliant with me from start to finish. I asked for a video of the vehicle showing any little dents and scratches etc which they provided straight away, I also asked for evidence of certain services that were due on the vehicle and Mike agreed to get the service history from the main dealer and where said servicing hadn’t been carried out he would make sure that was done or we could to an agreement where that cost we be deducted if I wanted to take it to a main dealer to get the work done myself. Mike was also very helpful when it came to booking flights and ferry’s to get onto and off the island and picked me up at the airport in the vehicle literally 5 mins after landing. We even test drove the vehicle round one of the shorter circuits on the island. No complaints at all, can’t fault Mikes motors. Good, honest, genuine people in my opinion.

You sold a Peugeot 207 to an elderly couple for £2.350 . The car was 16 years old it has rust, tyres were only half inflated the clutch has gone, you told him it came with a warranty it didn't he's only had the car two weeks, you are a shyster and believe me you won't last long once the word gets around that you ripped off an 80 year old couple, it's now going to cost them another £800 to make it drivable , prick!!!

I honestly couldn’t recommend this garage enough! From trading my old van in to finding and buying my camper van, the whole process has been so easy and straightforward. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, helpful and genuinely gone above and beyond to make sure everything has been sorted.

It’s not often you get such a positive experience when buying a vehicle, so I really appreciate all the help and effort they’ve put in. I’m absolutely over the moon with my camper and couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received. Thank you! 😊

Mike offered to and sold my converted van on my behalf. He had it on his forecourt for nearly 2 months before it sold, then nearly 3 months with the new owner Mike rang me saying WE had to fix it as he put a 3 month warranty on it and then asked if I had £2000-£3000 to do so. He then told me the new owner was threatening to not only return the van but with legal action too and this would be passed down the line after me. The van had not long been through the Manx test and had hundreds of hours and lots of new parts since that. Legally he hasn't got a leg to stand on as I didn't agreed to any warranty and HE offered to sell for me so any repairs should come from the 2-3 thousand he made from selling it. Be careful who you deal with I guess and unfortunately up until that point I was very happy with the service and the friendly staff, shame 😕. I even wrote a good review on here as requested by him before transferring payment.

Had a bad experience at another garage and Mike and Susie restored my faith in garages. 2 tiny issues with car, nothing to affect the drive of the vehicle just missing/broken things from previous owner. Mike and Susie got intouch with ocean ford and both things sorted. They came highly recommended and I can see why. Thanks for your help 😁

Sold a camper through Mike’s Motor. Very transparent arrangement. Mike was Open and honest. Suzy provided an excellent service and was always helpful, both were very approachable & contactable at all times. The Money was paid directly into my account as soon as sale was attained. Definitely recommend them

Bought a motorhome in 2021 from Mikes motors (£28,9995) at a clearly inflated price. Assured there would not be much depreciation. Nearly walked away had it not been for Aaron’s excellent sales talk!
Van although “valeted” was filthy and required a deep clean by us. There were many many niggle and teething problems which according to Mike we pestered his wife at midnight on several occasions ???!! Habitation test was not done before we bought, but Simon undertook one a week later on our driveway. First visit off IOM vehicle failed and a lovely local mechanic told us that the last mechanic who’d looked at vehicle hadn’t done a good job 😱
Mike had promised if we weren’t happy with this vehicle he would buy it back from us. Fast forward 2024 and literally 5/6 trips (IOM & Britain)!! we tried to sell it back to him. £20,000 offered. Plus a very rude patronising and condescending approach towards me ! Said he would only speak to my husband ( who he kept calling SIR!) Surprisingly we chose NOT to sell to him.

From start to finish the customer service at Mike's Motors was amazing!
Aaron dealt with the sale and he was very helpful throughout the buying process and continued to be even afterwards when I had questions about the vehicle.
