I recently had a fantastic experience with Mikes Dive Store, from start to finish, the service was exceptional.
The product range is excellent, with high-quality options to suit a variety of needs. What really stood out, though, was the advice I received. The team took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me towards the best choice without any pressure or bias—something that’s increasingly rare.
Pricing was also very competitive, offering great value for the quality provided. But the standout aspect of my experience has to be the aftercare service. It’s easily among the best I’ve ever encountered, and a special mention has to go to Nish, who went above and beyond to help me.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Mikes Dive Store to anyone looking for great products, honest advice, and outstanding customer support.

I had a great experience at Mike’s Dive Store, thanks to Adam. As a complete novice, I wasn’t really sure what I needed, but Adam was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable rather than overwhelming.
Nothing felt rushed, and he made sure I left with the right equipment and a good understanding of what I’d bought. Excellent service all round – I’d definitely recommend the store.

Online consultation
Online consultation. As I could not get to one of the shops I opted for the online consultation about a dive mask. It was so good to be able to talk through the different options for me and to provide guidance. No pushing any expensive options, just providing me with an informed choice. Lovely people, excellent service and one new dive mask on the way 😁
Suunto Stinger
I brought my dive computers in for a battery change. All were working perfectly. When I collected them, my Suunto stinger computer had an AWC warning notification despite not being in contact with water. I contacted Mikes Dive Store for advice and despite some initial misunderstandings, Greg contacted me and arranged for me to send the computer back to them to be checked in case there had been a problem with the battery instalment. Good service at Mike’s Dive Store
I had excellent service from Tom when I visited Mike’s Dive Store in London yesterday. I wanted some snorkelling equipment and received really good advice on masks, snorkels and fins. There were different models to try and Tom was extremely helpful ensuring that all equipment fitted me properly. Would definitely recommend.

An excellent shop with a great range of kit.
Tom was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and helped me choose a new BCD for me and some wetsuit boots for my son.

Great service and advice from Charlie
Charlie served us and couldn’t have been more helpful. They were quite busy while we were in the store but it looked like everyone was getting equally great service. We were looking for masks and snorkels and wet boots and they had lots of choices and all in stock and available, even for eye prescription masks.
We came away with our purchases very happy and even more excited about our trip to the Galapagos!
Gave Up on Diveinn & Purchased from Mike’s
I’ve used Mike’s Dive Store multiple times and had a great service. Most recently I instead purchased a dive computer for a Christmas present from Diveinn based on price. The timescale quoted was 5 to 9 days. I received no updates after confirmation of my order. On day 9, I checked progress only to find out that delivery was now being quoted as a further 6 to 10 days. On doing some research I discovered that Diveinn mail all items from the EU, this is not clearly stated when ordering items, and there are lots of reviews on Trustpilot criticising delivery times.
I cancelled my order with Diveinn, I hope the refund arrives in a more timely manner. Nothing yet.
I then ordered the dive computer from Mike’s Dive Store. The item arrived next day as promised and I received timely communication about the delivery. My regret is not purchasing from here in the first place.

I death with Greg over the phones as I had a few different options I wanted to discuss and go over. We exchanged emails and a couple of phone calls, such good service from him! He made a complicated decision much easier and knew his stuff - never felt pressured and will make me a returning customer for sure. Even helped me source a broken part from another business as they didn't stock them!
