Amazing customer service and care.
I was greeted with a big smile and a "can do" attitude. The young man who helped me - Tristan - focussed on fixing the problem with my 10 year old Suunto Vyper rather than pressuring me to buy a new one.
How refreshing! How unusual!
I confess to being one of many who doesn't always (RTFM - read the f manual) and Tristan was incredibly patient in showing me how and why I was getting an error message. It was all user related so my fault, I am sad to confess!
Once the problem was fixed, Tristan then did a thorough pressure test on the Vyper to make sure all was working well. He also showed me how to remove the casing and, on his computer, downloaded the dive history which had never been done before! I now feel comfortable using the software and cable. I know this is an old computer but it may last another year. In the meantime, Tristan downloaded the DM4 manual and sent to me via email. I am definitely reading it.
Unbelievable customer service and care from an enthusiastic diver who obviously wants to help his fellow divers have fun and keep diving.

Was very impressed with the customer service today! The gentleman who assisted me (I forgot to take his name) was great - he welcomed me as soon as I stepped into the store and was extremely engaging and helpful in my selection of a mask. I also brought my Cockapoo along with me and everyone was really good with him. It’s great to be assisted by people who share 2 of my passions - diving and dogs!

I had this item on order for several weeks since my last purchase at Mikes. It’s a Beaver B.C. inflator valve and represents tremendous value at £30. My Scubapro stab jacket is over 20 years old and still holds air for days.It has never failed to get me back to the surface. That said, the Scubapro equivalent is over a £100 and doesn’t make economic sense to buy for a jacket I would be lucky to get £50 for. I’m a huge fan of their products and use their S600 on my Twinset- the best regulators there are- bar none? Well in my humble opinion anyway.Mikes as always friendly, professional, supportive and efficient, with a welcoming and genuine smile.

Dropped in on a Saturday afternoon to see if my old BCD could be serviced. It was pleasantly busy, but I was soon seen to by Titus. After much ummimg and aahing on my part, the service tecnician, James, was consulted and was able to work his magic on the issue I had. All other staff were friendly and chatty (I was in there quite a while, as I was also discussing lite BCDs and the Air 2 type inflators). A really pleasant shopping experience. Thanks to both Titus and James.

Fantastic service and a great first impression
I had a inconvenient failure of my underwater camera and desperately needed a replacement next day I rang Mike's and spoke to Jenna I explained my predicament and she went above and beyond all expectations to ensure I got my new equipment next day and saved my diving trip to cyprus.

I Went to the shop in London, the staff is amazingly friendly, helpful and gave great advice, store is nice and clean, and had an absolute blast selecting the gear. Thanks again team for the help and will definitely return for more diving needs.
Superb service
On the first dive of a 2 week trip I flooded my old Suunto Vyper. That was it I thought. A bit of research when I returned it appeared this could still be rescued as the battery compartment is separate from the main ‘brains’. Anyway the team in the shop were able to see me at short notice AND get the computer back up and running. I was really pleased they performed a pressure test which is reassuring. Service was courteous, friendly and good humoured. I know that it is just a little thing but it was done exceedingly well!
