Well i was turned down by two banks and…
Well i was turned down by two banks and need to refinance to pay some debt and upgrade my car.. she made it easy and came back with two bank's approved. Would definitely recommend her to anyone

Zebunisso Alimova works very poorly…
Zebunisso Alimova works very poorly with clients. She's not answering her phone. She does not call the client back. She does not remember about the client until the client himself reminds her of himself. Zebunisso didn't help us in any way. When we began to express our discontent, she answered us in a very rude way. She did not try to resolve the situation, but just rude to us, accusing us of not being satisfied with her work. I will not recommend her to anyone as an agent. We missed the time and couldn’t get a loan because of her poor work.

Zebunisso is an absolutely amazing financial advisor! We are really happy with her kind assistance.
She helped us to buy our first home that we love. Zebunisso did her job very efficient and straight forward. Her incredibly positive attitude kept us less stressed in that stressful time.
Once we bought a first home six months later Zebunisso assisted us with top up morgage. Our application was accepted during the time when banks made borrow rules incredible hard. Success again:)
Really appreciate her hard job! 100% recommend her to best friends.

Fantastic lady!
From my first tearful phonecall to Zebunisso to after we had moved in to our new home, Zebunisso made me feel at ease. I immediately knew I could trust her and she worked swiftly to secure me a mortgage and get my family and I into our new home with minimal fuss. Would absolutely use Zebunisso and her team over and over again and recommend them to all.

Amazing broker!
Amazing broker!
Zebunisso managed to help when all other brokers and banks said that we don't have a chance to refinance as 1 person is on maternity leave.
She got us the rate so much lower, that in 2 years it will save us around $15k!
Very grateful that Zebunisso does her job so well!
