Great Birthday Gift

This is our second time using MijMoj designs for a photo frame gift for our Nana and I would recommend them without hesitation! We got the solid wood frames both times with engraving on the second, as well as print service on the photos which was good quality! Definitely deserve your business

I ordered a product from Mijmoj via Not on the highstreet.
The incorrect order was sent. A quick email and phone call later, the correct item was sent (arrived special delivery on Xmas eve!) and a free return label via email sent to.
Most businesses are a team effort bit a big shout out to Gafyn for the swift and very professional handling of the situation.
Would certainly order again.

I contacted the company who responded very quickly with a solution.
It then transpired that my order had not gone missing and had actually been delivered.
This company's customer service stands above other companies.
Not AI generated responses, actual reply from a person addressing my issue.

Superb quality and service
This seller’s customer service is outstanding - I initially had trouble downloading the photos I wanted in the frame but Gafyn responded almost immediately and said I could email them to him. He then confirmed immediately that he had received them and could use them. A couple of days later my frame arrived, very well protected and packaged. It is of excellent quality and makes a beautiful keepsake. I bought it for my friend who has just lost her husband and the pictures show them together when they came to visit us some time ago. Because it arrived so quickly I was able to take it with me to the funeral and gave it to her the night before. She was delighted with her gift and very moved. I too am delighted and will definitely use this seller again.
