Lovely play area for the kids, they loved it. Nice food and appreciated all the efforts that were made to accommodate those with kids on the spectrum so it was inclusive. Totally recommended.

I’m annoyed
I’m annoyed. I wasn’t sent the discount code in time to place my order, and after complaining I’ve been told i can’t get the 10% off now but I can have 10% off my next order. This feels like a scam. And I ordered a special box of stuff which all came together with the rest of my order, so it doesn’t really feel like a special order. Pretty poor all round. I hope the produce taste nice.

Lost order immediately replaced
My order was lost because DPD left it outside the front door without waiting for an answer. Mighty Small immediately replaced it with no quibble, even though the loss was not their fault. Much appreciated.

Gummy strawberries
I just order big big order dried freeze strawberries and pineapple, pineapple is crispy but I I very disappointed about strawberries packs, we tried 3 of them and all of them are not,cripsy as should be ( I tried many of them from different shops) but yours are all gummy. I order this to bring to my child nursery, and now I can't bring to them because this is not safe for small kids to eat becouse it's like gummy candy

Quality and great service
This was my first time ordering, and I will definitely order again! I was first attracted by the price, it was in fact the cheapest!! I was then very pleasantly surprised how efficiently and quickly my order was dealt with and delivered by courier the next day! Great service.

Great customer support
The ordering process was fine, emails to keep you up to date with order and delivery etc. Delivery arrived on time.
However, I ordered a box of Rhythm 108 chocolate, because it is quite expensive and the 9-bar box offered a slightly lower price, and my guess would be that it has been kept at the wrong temperature and possibly melted and reset because the taste and texture of the chocolate is nothing like it should be - very disappointing and worth paying the higher price at the supermarket to enjoy the chocolate as it is supposed to be.
I did buy a few other things to try and they have all been enjoyable, they are jar and plastic-packed items though so storage conditions less of an issue.
UPDATE: Having seen my review, the customer support team has contacted me to investigate the issue with the chocolate and issue a replacement. They obviously care deeply about customer satisfaction and their reputation. Replacement chocolate was great, exactly as I would expect it to be so amending my review from 2 stars to 4 stars (it would be 5 had everything gone smoothly with the original order so perhaps this is unfair to "mark down" for a minor inconvenience)
