I feel like a badass with this necklace. I literally never take it off. Definitely plan on buying again - maybe some rings this time. Great brand, great service.

I also experienced a delayed/lost item, but the support team at Midnight City was very helpful & offered to send a new necklace at no extra cost. It arrived promptly & the product is wonderful. I think they might have to look into the courier service they use to figure out all of the delays, but other than that I’m very impressed with the quality of he product & the customer service team. I look forward to shopping with them again.

I made an order for a chain on the 28th of May and paid £9 for next day shipping. on 03/06/21 i emailed the team and received a reponse stating
''Apologies for the delay, we will check this further and have it follow up with the couriers, we will keep you posted for any update.''

It has been 9 days and nothing has arrived as of yet. The tracking number sent to me states that the order was received but they have not yet received my parcel. I am now out of money and without the item i wished for.

The poor communication and failure to update customer if something went wrong, says alot about the poor business model run. I have emailed today (07/06/21) asking for a refund, and i will update this when it does received.

UPDATE: Following this review they contacted me the next day and sorted it out. With a new delivery, asking if I can remove the review but I said I will update when item arrives. It's great that they managed to sort it, and refund me my delivery charge - however their customer service is not great as they only want to fix things after a bad Trustpilot review, otherwise they are willing to ignore you

This is the second email I have gotten from MC asking me to review a product I never received. I ordered this product over a month ago. After my last review they contacted me to ask about my order... and then never followed up. This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER from here.

I ordered a product from this company May 28th and they told me it would come the next business day it has now been 8 days and my package is still not here and they're not doing anything to really help me out with this issue

The quality is simply impressive ! since I am French , I was afraid of the delivery time ... But I shouldn’t have because it took less than 10 days ! Midnight City is going to be my favorite store! I already plan to buy again 😁❤️

Their customer service team replied to me in less than 30 minutes when I had a question about my order. They made me feel a whole lot better and reassured. One of the best customer service teams out there!

Tracking system says that return was received by them and processed on the 26th of May, I still haven't received the refund back into my bank account or any information as to why it hasn't.

I sent the email to get it clarified & the refund wasn't processed, so there's no 'if'.

The first delivery was sent back without me knowing why . Then i reached to the customer service to tell them about this issue. They were quick to respond and made a new delivery attempt. The pendant was received 2 days later and the quality is just WOW

I waited 1 or 2 days longer than expected but it was well packed and perfect as I expected.

So, I ordered my items on May 5th, paid for the faster shipping option and they ended up arriving on May 28th in Georgia, USA which is very late in schedule. These items are coming from Germany so the notion of coming in a week is out the window. The quality of the items, however, are EXCELLENT. The wait time and shipping options are misleading. Customer service promised me a refund on shipping which I still haven’t received, but again the quality of the pendants I bought are EXCELLENT.

This company is an utterly pathetic joke. Their customer service reps have zero compassion for any issues that may occur with the order. They basically just answer whatever part of the question that they want and will ignore the rest. It’s all just copied and pasted answers. I’ve been waiting on my order for a month now and I FINALLY got a tracking number after they had to re-submit my order. They even sent me the wrong person’s stuff at one point lol. They’ve even sent me several emails asking me to rate my experience with my product, as if they weren’t aware of the situation! They don’t know what’s going on over there, and nobody really seems to care. It’s the most disingenuous and lifeless starter company that I’ve ever come across in my life. I still haven’t gotten my order after a month. We’ll see if this new tracking number works. There are waaaaaaaaaaaaaay better companies out there with better jewelry at that lol. Midnight City is a joke. Save yourself the potential headache and just shop elsewhere.

Update: Don’t believe that response about them reaching out to me to fix this. They didn’t lol. Whoever wrote that is literally lying to look better on this site. Wow. Like I said. Pathetic.

Quick delivery. I love everything about this shop.

The products are of good quality; however, the shipping takes way too long. There are no tracking updates, and the estimated time of arrival is very inaccurate. My order shipped out on May 5, and it is currently May 26. I still have not received my order. The order is shipping to the United States from Europe, but this shipping time will make you think that it’s coming from China or something. I will think twice before ordering anything from them again.

I paid for overnight shipping. Its been a week and i still haven’t received my merchandise.
