I ordered 4 months ago and the package has never arrived. I contacted customer support and they said they will sort things out and keep me updated.

However, they don't keep you updated. The only time they give you an update is after you send an e-mail yourself. Their reply is always the same: "we will prioritise this and follow things up and keep you updated". Again, you never receive an e-mail if you don't ask for an update yourself.

After their last e-mail (over 3 weeks ago), I've send 3 different e-mails asking for an update and a refund. None of them has been answered. There is no other way of contacting them and it seems like they are just ignoring me.

So my advice; don't buy from this shady shop, they have absolutely no customer support and chances are you will never see your package or a refund.
There are far better shops on the internet that sell quality jewelry, deliver and do have excellent customer support.

I highly doubt I will ever see my money back as they seem to ignore my mails.

Update; After I wrote this review, I contacted them via Instagram. (I didn't receive an e-mail from them so I guess they had still some issues going on with their e-mail service). They responded quick and politely on Instagram and via this way I got my refund. It's a shame that their e-mail customer support is not on the same level (yet?) as the one on Instagram. I received an e-mail notification that said that my purchase will get refunded and via Instagram's DM's they told me that I will receive the money in 3-5 (business) days, which was correct. I gave them an additional 2 stars in this review because of their quick and correct service via Instagram and the short time it took to get the money in my account after the refund was confirmed (after a long time of trying to get my refund).

Super quick delivery and quality chain. I would buy from Midnight City again.

Excellent customer service, product arrived promptly and it was as shown on the website, my son loved it but the chain was to short for his thick neck! Unfortunately I've had to return it as the longer chains were out of stock for a while. I will re purchase when they get more stock in.🙂

Website is great and price , my mistake on ordering the wrong thing …. Hard time to get in touch with them to quickly cancel before order sends out to delay refund … please email me as soon as possible

I live in NYC across the pond and purchased several items that are unique and an excellent buy. The quality of the metals are of good value and the substance of the items are unusual. I would like to see more new age charms and or ancient symbols, maybe in the future?

First time I brought the Medusa pendant I did have issues to say the least but just brought another one and I’m really happy with the quality this time around

10 days have passed and my order hasn't even left the Ridgemont facility. Soo what kind of review do you want to give? I even paid $40 for shipping to expedite delivery time to be delivered iN 3 days.

I had an issue not receiving my package. I easily got in touch with customer service and notified them of my situation. They were able to help and resolve the issue. The product is great quality, I will be ordering again.

Attention customers from Switzerland. The site advertises free shipping worldwide. But you have to pay high customs costs! I think it's a shame that Midnightcity nowhere draws the attention of Swiss customers to this.

Your products are amazing, i am in a climate in which the humidity here is high, the lion head and the necklace still look amazing, there is no visible tarnish. I love it.

Found midnight city through and Instagram ad and thought I’d check it out. Was a little skeptical at first but turns out I was worried for nothing. Didn’t run into any issues. I ended up receiving my package on the expected delivery day. I purchased 3 chains and a gold pendant and am pretty happy with the quality. Will likely do more shopping there in the future.
