Outstanding Service from Start to Finish
I can’t recommend Michaels enough! Over the past 3 months, they have been absolutely incredible in handling both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. From day one, they were proactive, professional, and genuinely committed to making the whole process as smooth as possible.
They kept us informed every step of the way, always available to answer questions, chase up solicitors, and provide reassurance during what can be a very stressful time.
What really stood out was their personal touch – we never felt like “just another client.” They truly cared about getting the best outcome for us, and they delivered. Thanks to them, in 2 weeks time we’ll be settled in our new home and couldn’t be happier. A massive to shout out to the whole team but Jo in particular who has been invaluable :) thank you x

Excellent Service from Start to Finish
It is definitely a five star for me as Kyle made the whole process as smooth as possible.
From the initial viewing to getting the keys and ensuring everything was in place, he made it a lot less stressful than it could have been.

Both Sam and Kyle were fantastic. Super professional team running the rental side of the business. To be fair, I had some dealings with the sales department too who were also excellent.
As a landlord in Colchester, I have used numerous agents over the years and I have to say Sam and his team have been by far the best.

BEST experience - 10/10
When you buy a house, you can’t always pick the estate agents but if you could, I’d pick Michaels and specifically Jo Davy over and over and over again. Right from the start, Jo was friendly, professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, she made the process so smooth for us and we can’t thank her enough for all she’s done. If you’re thinking of renting or selling, Michaels is your best bet!

Very unprofessional, They lie. They say they are not a stereo typical estate agent, but what they really mean is that they practice the very worst attributes of the worst estate agent by lying. Truly awful company. From experience, please do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

Selling through Michaels for a property in Sudbury
Having previously dealt with Michaels (at their Halstead branch) for a property purchase, I had no hesitation in instructing Michaels (of Halstead) when I had a property to sell.
They don't have a Sudbury branch yet, but this proved to be no barrier in this day and age of emails and telephones. Their professionalism was excellent from start to finish.
I thoroughly recommend this estate agent.
