Having previously dealt with Michaels (at their Halstead branch) for a property purchase, I had no hesitation in instructing Michaels (of Halstead) when I had a property to sell.

They don't have a Sudbury branch yet, but this proved to be no barrier in this day and age of emails and telephones. Their professionalism was excellent from start to finish.

I thoroughly recommend this estate agent.

It was a tough ride but Michaels did everything they could to make sure it went smoothly and kept a positive attitude! A great team and kindly gave me a bottle of bubbles when completed.

From start to finish Nicky was fantastic. There were some difficult moments, through my buyers solicitor. Nicky went above and beyond to resolve every problem. Nothing stopped her from pushing it forward before the stamp duty rise. She was incredibly supportive and professional as well as understanding throughout the process. I wouldn't use
anyone else if I were to sell/buy again. Nicky is an asset to Michael's estate agents. I cannot recommend Nicky enough.
