I bought my watch from Michael Jones…
I bought my watch from Michael Jones over two decades ago. It was a leaving present. I’ve always returned to have the battery replaced and this time it needed a new strap buckle. I had to wait for the part as it came from Switzerland but when it came was replaced within minutes. I wouldn’t go to other jewellers within the town-they would not provide the same service..

The jewellery I took in for repair was very delicate and they said it could be repaired but advised it may not last.
They need not have told me this and could've 'took the money and run' but they didn't.

A designed commission is worth the energy.
Working together in the creation of your own personal commission, was the essential ingredient for unquestionable success.
Matt and Rachel have been constructive and were very clear what is possible and not -after all they are not magicians but skilled in the craft of jewellery design.
As such, the outcome was an excellent job and a testament to their skills -thank you.
Other staff when I was in MJJ were always polite and helpful, so a big thank you to them too.

I went to Michael Jones with an idea for a ring i wanted and dealt with Abbi following an experience my husband had using her. Abbi was absolutely brilliant - she listened and understood the brief, spent ages working out what I really wanted and looking for the perfect stone, steered me in a better direction when it was needed and made sure I came out with the very best option possible. Nothing was too much trouble, she is extremely knowledgeable and so personable, it was an absolute delight to spend my money with her. This is not the first time we have used MJJ and it most certainly won't be the last! I have some beautiful pieces courtesy of Michael Jones and they are definitely our number one choice for jewellers. Whether you are looking for a bespoke piece or a premade one, you won't go wrong with Abbi. Also, kudos to the mystery maker of the ring - they did an exceptional job and it is stunning. Fantastic job all round.
