I was looking for diamond earrings and just couldn’t bring myself to pay that much for for them. I came across MG Diamonds on social media and decided to order the lab grown 3cttw earrings. I couldn’t be more pleased! They are the perfect size. They have 14k screw-back mountings making sure they won’t come out. The quality is excellent. The diamonds are so beautiful and they came with an appraisal. The customer service was awesome. In fact, I was able to text them before I made the purchase. They responded right away! I received them in a couple of days through FedEx. I had to sign for them but that was to be expected. Overall experience was amazing and I would definetely buy from them again! 5 stars

Easy process of ordering, bracelet came early and when I decided I wanted to double the size, the return was flawless. The original bracelet, despite returning it, was beautiful and am certain the new one will be more spectacular.

The earrings are as beautiful as I imagined they would be. I didn’t like that an assessment certificate was not included in the shipment. I had to call and ask for it and they originally wanted to charge me $50 for it, however in the end they sent it for free. It just makes me nervous to buy again if I have to go through this hassle. I always add my fine jewelry to my insurance so it’s important to me.

After a short creation period, I received my 2 ct (each) diamond stud earrings promptly and safely at the near-by Fed-ex store. I got the safety backs on the earrings which I would definitely purchase again. It took me weeks to learn how to tighten them and to smoothly get the backing on and off my ears properly. Instructions would have helped. But now I feel they are on securely and look beautiful. I will definitely be back in the future.

We bought diamond earrings as a graduation gift and had reservations about doing so sight unseen, but she absolutely loved them. Because of the value of the package, they asked us to pick them up at a FED EX facility, but I think that was a good move. Contacted c/s a time or two during the process and they were quite friendly and attentive. Thanks for helping us make her day special! I will say that this process of having to create a Trustpilot account just to leave a review is not ideal. I really don't need another site using my information.
