Om Mia Tui Ltd
Skrivet av företaget
I founded Mia Tui back in 2010 when I was living in Vietnam and struggling to find a travel bag that ticked all the boxes. So, I took matters into my own hands and designed my own.
Since then we've grown and I'm thrilled to say I now have a fantastic team of like-minded people who share my passion for delivering amazing customer service and love of Mia Tui.
You might have even chatted with some of them on the phone or had them pack and send your new bag for you!
Come and meet the Mia Tui Team - We're a friendly bunch.

Emma S - Office Manager
Meet Emma, our fantastic Office Manager who keeps us all organised and on track.
Emma's favourite bag is the The Isobel Mia Tui bag, which she loves to take out for shopping or a night out.
Emma has an artistic side that not everyone may be aware of - she has both body and cosmetic tattoos!
When she's not at work, Emma can be found tending to her garden or spending time with loved ones.
If Emma could choose any superpower, she'd choose the ability to heal.
We're lucky to have Emma on board, and we appreciate all she does to keep us organised and running like a well-oiled machine.
Emma G - Operational Manager
Allow us to introduce you to Emma, our wonderful Operational Manager who ensures our warehouse runs smoothly and orders are fulfilled efficiently.
Emma has a soft spot for The Aspen due to its stylish design, the convenience of its two compartments and the option to mix and match the strap.
But here's something that may surprise you - Emma is the proud mother of three children, all born within 8 days of each other in February, and all weighing in at 8lbs and 11ozs!
When she's not keeping things running smoothly at work, Emma loves spending time with her two puppies Muffin & Crumble and enjoys visiting the local pub.
If Emma could have any superpower, she would choose the ability to shoot nails from her hand. Not for any villainous purpose, mind you, but rather to take down any pesky cars that annoy her on the road!
We're grateful to have Emma on our team, bringing her unique skills and personality to the table.
Chelsea - Customer Service Executive
Please meet Chelsea, one of our Customer Service Executives who knows everything there is to know about what's happening in the warehouse and your orders.
Chelsea's favourite Mia Tui bag is The Fiona, which she loves to use when going out with just the essentials of her phone, keys, and cards. Not only is The Fiona practical but it's also stylish - a win-win!
In her free time, Chelsea indulges her creative side by painting and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
If Chelsea could have any superpower, she would choose the ability to become invisible. That way, she could get some much-needed peace and quiet at home.
Chelsea's knowledge and attention to detail make her an invaluable member of our team, and we're lucky to have her.
Kirsty - Customer Service Executive
Meet Kirsty, one of our amazing Customer Service Executives who's in charge of managing the Mia Tui Wardrobe collection on our website. She's also responsible for putting any bags that didn't quite make the grade on our factory 2nds page.
Kirsty's top pick from our collection is The Maya backpack, which is just the right size for a day out.
Here's something that may surprise you - Kirsty's actual first name is Julia, which is her middle name.
Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys ballroom dancing, volunteers as a Beaver leader in The Scouts, and gives her time to the YMCA. She's also a big fan of musicals and loves spending time with her family.
If Kirsty could have one superpower, she would choose the power of super-speed, so she could always be on-time.
Her passion for helping customers make her an invaluable part of our team, and we're grateful to have her with us.
Charlotte - Founder & Owner
Allow me to introduce myself - Charlotte, the founder and owner of Mia Tui. I'm thrilled that you've found your way to my company and hope that you love your Mia Tui as much as I do.
My personal favourite bag is The Jennie Travel Bag - it truly makes traveling a breeze.
Here's something you may not know about me - when I lived in Hong Kong, my daughter Amelie and I were in a Jackie Chan movie. Keep your eyes peeled, though - you might miss me if you blink!
In my rare spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
I'm so grateful to have you as part of the Mia Tui family and to have made my dream a reality.
Meet Van & The Mia Tui Team in Vietnam
Let me introduce you to Van, my Vietnamese partner and friend. We met when I was searching for a factory to produce my prototype travel bag. I visited her brother's factory, but he dismissed me as I was too small. However, Van, who speaks perfect English, believed in me and my idea, and she offered to help bring Mia Tui to life.
Van started by renting a small factory, but her dedication and hard work have now led her to owning her own factory with over 60 employees. Even though we may be thousands of miles apart, we speak every day and share the same vision and passion for Mia Tui.
Van's commitment and support have been invaluable to the growth and success of Mia Tui. I'm so grateful to have her as a partner and friend, and I'm excited to continue our journey together.

Can’t go away without packing cases!
I’m a bit of a neat freak and have used packing cases for travelling for many years. I’ve recently upgraded to Mia Tui’s pretty and quality cases and am looking forward to using them. The matching laundry bag is very useful too.
I’m also sad to know that you’re discontinuing the Jennie bag, which I bought before my recent trip to Africa and really love. It’s plenty big enough for an overnight stay with change of outfit, and worked really well as my carry on bag on a long trip.

My favourite brand for bags…
Mia Tui is my favourite brand for bags of all types. I love the colourful interior which makes it easy to see everything inside. All bags have multiple pockets and I love the insulated bottle holder. I also like the secure pocket on the back of the backpacks. People often comment on my bags when I am out and about. The customer service team are really helpful and delivery is very fast. A really good company to shop with.

Perfect size and shape for travelling
The Maya backpack is the perfect size and shape for use while travelling. I saw that a friend had one on a previous holiday and particularly liked the pocket for keeping a drinks bottle upright. It looks great and also seems robust.
