No more public school for us!!
My son was pulled from public school after 2 gun incidents/threats before Christmas break. Miacademy has been so amazing for my son! He’s learning things he would have never learned in public school (money management, social skills, emotional regulation, etc). He also enjoys his coin incentives, as it lets him play monitored games with classmates. He’s finally interested in learning! I would recommend Miacademy to everyone, especially new homeschool parents.

The best curriculum for my autistic son.

The PDFs are burdensome
The PDFs are burdensome
If there were more lessons and activities based in the screen lesson my child would be happier. Instead he is very sad to see 12 pages of worksheets per class per day. 12x4 classes is 48 pages in one day. I also wish there weren't the day one day two thing. It makes it hard to keep track of.

MiaPrep has been one of the best…
MiaPrep has been one of the best decisions I have made for my son (junior). He struggled in a traditional high school for his first two years, I came across Mia and made the switch! I can see when he’s completed his assignments, what his grades are in real time, and if I have to message a teacher or advisor, they’re quick and responsive - not like other public school teachers and staff can be. They help me keep him on track and provide support if and when necessary. The only thing I’d change is not just being able to see or know when he hasn’t turned in a checkpoint, but to be able to see when he does so I can help him stay caught up and on track. Overall, MiaPrep has been such a lifesaver to his education and his GPA. Thank you Mia staff. I’ll recommend every chance I get!
