Really poor. I was with Binery before and they were great and efficient. Then they got taken over by Mesha and it has dropped off a cliff. Its been 5 months since my year end and I am still waiting on my report. I emailed the boss Tahem and I got an immediate response saying he will follow up the next day, 2 months later and many follow up emails and I still haven't heard back!

I just asked for another update, and got more excuses. I ended up insisting they send what they have done so far and I would deal directly with the auditor (a service they were supposed to supply).

I signed on with Mesha as I was looking for full-service support with my business accounting and tax filing. I paid upfront at the start of 2024, and things seemed fine. My allocated account manager never reached out, monthly books were incorrect, and I had a number of meetings / calls with Tahem to fix it. My tax return was provided to me 3 days before due date to review, and it required corrections which came through only a few hours before the filing deadline. I do accept I signed these off, but felt this was better than missing a filing deadline and paying penalties - at no point was I made aware that an extension was an option. As an extremely busy and overwhelmed business owner I was relying on support and accuracy from Mesha, which has only cost me more money. I asked them to correct the return, and still the financials were not right - this was in May. I've been following up since but there has been zero response or acknowledgement of such from Mesha, and Tahem just doesn't reply to mails. I was so exited that I thought I was doing the responsible thing getting my affairs in order from an accounting and tax perspetive so I could focus on running my business. I don't even know if this is a legit company, the website has changed since I joined and honestly would reccomend you save time and money by running your books through Xero and hiring a CPA.
