My experience with NATPAY was extremely disappointing. As a service provider handling multiple client accounts, I was surprised to see a $20 setup fee per client (which other providers waive), and a $100 fee for NSFs with no prior warning or justification. Communication was poor and the support team offered no real solutions. For B2B payroll/ACH services, these kinds of hidden or excessive fees are unacceptable. I regret signing on and recommend other providers who are upfront and supportive
