Kieran is really helpful one of my deliveries got delayed so he refunded the postage. It’s day 3 and my Shiitake kit is covered in small mushrooms and am waiting patiently for day 8 of the chestnut ones. The instructions are very clear and it’s like having a pet. My husband laughs as have started talking to them, soo exciting.
Can’t wait to eat them.

Brought for the 3rd time, the first 2 where great,this time the king oyster mushrooms started to grow cut 4 large mushrooms over night the whole crop wilted and died.
Contacted merryhill they said I was growing them in the wrong place it was the same place as the first 2 orders, I asked for a replacement they said no but refunded, but then banned me from buying anymore from them!!

Great product and efficient service .Kieren was very helpful and quick with a replacement purchase when the original got 'lost' by a delivery comoany.

This is the third lot of shiitake mushrooms and this third one is bigger and better, weighs 863mg and still more appearing. Pity I have not a picture to show them.

Order the 4 box starter kit pink oyster , yellow oyster , white oyster and lions mane. 6 days in and they looking great happy with everything quick easy delivery.

Kieran was incredibly quick to respond to a query I had with my order. The detailed insight he took the time to share really helped resolve the issue, and he very generously processed a refund as well.

I’m really impressed with the care he took in handling my query, and I continue to really enjoy their products.

I had a slight issue with my original order (No fault of Merryhill Mushrooms whatsoever, my order was stolen after it was delivered to my front door).

I placed a second order, and explain the unfortunate situation with the original order, Kieran was extremely quick to respond to my email (within minutes) and generously agreed to replace my lost order at no extra charge!

After prepping the logs, they soon began to produce a vast quantity of mushrooms! Fantastic quality and a bumper harvest at a great price!

These kits are fantastic. Got 2 for Christmas and I started one before the other. The chestnut mushroom first, then the white mushrooms second. I have had 4 decent yields from the chestnut mushroom box and I’m on the second yield on the white mushrooms. I’ve never tasted such delicious mushrooms. They’re so straight forward to grow, you can’t go wrong. And if you need any advice you get a reply immediately. My days of mushrooms from the supermarket are gone! Thank you for such a wonderful product

Great product. Delivery was next day & after 5 days the mushrooms had flourished & nearly ready to harvest. Great feedback too. Email was answered in minutes.

I got kits from here for a few people as Christmas presents and also decided to get one for myself. Started mine after Christmas and got 5 mushrooms in the first harvest, which is when I realised that I had not been watering them enough! After I read the instruction again and watered the kit properly, I got 20+ mushrooms in the second harvest! Really looking forward to seeing how the rest of the harvests go.
At the same time, I decided to get some for my bother for his birthday. Unfortunately there was some issue with the delivery. I had raised an enquiry as soon as we knew of the issue. They have been absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to get this resolved. The parcel was delivered the next morning and I was very thankful for the help and amazing customer service that was provided!

Just received my mushroom growing kit , can’t believe how easy this is to grow great mushrooms
had a lion mane one first and got a really good crop of it, now just received my Shitake kit
Followed instructions and can’t believe how many mushrooms are growing in just four days, can’t wait to eat them

If I could give it minus numbers I would. Contacted customer support because the mushrooms weren't growing eventhough I followed their instructions to a tee. They decided to insult my intelligence, tell me I can't read eventhough I followed THEIR instructions, and tried to persuade me they know more about my house then I do after living here for 30 years. Don't bother.

Had issues with Royal mail with the package being lost and delivery issues. However MerryHill were great throughout and very responsive. They resolved the issue themselves despite it not being thier fault.

Would reccomend.

A mouldy load of rubbish.if had ordered through e bay.a refund would be in order.
