When I had a minor problem with one of my items being damaged, he was very quickly, willing to send a replacement.

Merchwell was... well, SUPER!
Noah was super fast in replying to myself and my colleague and even connected the dots when he realized that we independently reached out. We were on a quick turnaround and reaching out on the weekend and he got back to us right away and put our minds at ease. We saw mock-ups, approved them, and he even sent an email when he saw that the packages arrived to the location to check on them -- which helped as I had a coworker go pick them up to get them to our event on time. Quality was great, loved the tees (especially the mint and ecru colors, great quality!). Very easy to use, and I'm already talking about placing my next order. Thank you!!

A stitch in time saves nine
Merchwell was able to get the merchadise printed and delivered within a few days. Of the list of merch / swag sites that I looked for and consulted - Merchwell was the fastest. Apparently, even the merchandise turned out to be quite nice.

communication with noah and his team was great, they delivered on a very tight timeline (with room to spare) and were super helpful as i asked for quotes. the quality of the beanie i purchased was great. will definitely use again!
