I couldn’t be happier with the custom T-shirts The Merchant created for me! From start to finish, the experience was excellent. They were professional, easy to work with, and made sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it.

The quality of the shirts is outstanding—the material is comfortable, the printing is crisp and vibrant, and the colors came out beautifully. The finished product exceeded my expectations and has received so many compliments.

Over the years our company has dealt with a number of manufacturers and have never had such a pleasant experience. Multiple Logos, Different style items, and Smooth customer service. We are happy to have found Merchwell and will be utilizing the services for all our merchandise in the future!

Merchwell brands itself as a company offering premium merch, however the experience we had working with them left a lot to be desired:
* An entire portion of the order was completely missing
* The backpacks we ordered had terribly inconsistent logo embroidering. Logo was not straight, stitching was frayed, letters blended into each other, emblem was botched to the point of being unrecognizable
* Sweaters were better, but suffered similar issues with embroidering consistency.

The workmanship is shoddy and I am surprised to have received what we did, especially at the prices we paid.

We are a remote team that rarely has the opportunity to all meet in person. We chose to trust Merchwell to deliver a set of quality merch that we could hand out to our team. We were excited to celebrate our achievements together and wanted the team to go home with something they could wear with pride. Instead, I am embarrassed to hand some of this out.

Throughout this experience, Merchwell's team has been very responsive and apologetic. They've offered a partial refund and are trying to make things right, which is important to add to this review. For our situation, it is after the fact and the moment to create a positive experience has passed.

If you do not need to coordinate on timing and are OK with delays and receiving multiple shipments, Merchwell has shown that they can make up for mistakes if given the chance.

Noah and the group at Merchwell are fantastic. We found MW through a google search and reached out. We heard back very quickly and set up a call to talk through our needs. At the time, we were not sure exactly what we wanted to do, how many units we needed, or when they would be needed - basically no info at all. Noah was so understanding and flexible with us the whole time. He gave us options for merch that were within our price range, matched our branding, etc. I never once felt that he was selling us on anything - he asked what we wanted and then delivered on that. In the end, we ordered 31 custom prize boxes with a few items to give out as prizes for an internal company competition. We used the claim link feature that MW offers, so once we had our winners, we simply gave them the link to provide their shipping addresses and shirt size. Not having to track down 31 addresses and sizes saved me a lot of time. The boxes were delivered quickly after the items were produced and we received tracking numbers for all boxes. I am so impressed with Noah and Merchwell. I highly recommend working with them, and I hope to continue using this company in the future.

The process was fast and efficient: we received mock-ups quickly, got everything approved without delay, and even got a follow-up from Noah once the packages had arrived.

I had a really great experience working with Merchwell. I found them from a simple Google search and reached out to them, along with many other vendors. Noah Jolly was my account representative and quickly responded to my request for information, putting together a really nice presentation and easy to follow quote. I was able to make some adjustments to fit within my budget and still get nice quality items in a holiday kit for employees, which was a hit. I really appreciated the seamless and quick customer service that made it easy to find something that met my budget and pleased employees.
