They will not refund you after they send you the wrong size. So I disputed the charge on my credit card, and the credit card company quickly added the money back to my account. Done.
Wrong size waist, wrong length and wrong colour. Then customer service were worse then the pants.
DO NOT BUY from these terrible people
I ordered a pair of pants size 35 waist and got back a size 31. They have a 45 day guarantee but it is a farce. They told me that my pants were the correct size and offered me a 10% refund. They would take them back but I had to mail them to Vietnam, which was cost prohibitive. This company is a scam and their guarantee is for damaged products only, even though I measured them and sent hem pictures of the tag and pants.
I've had pretty much the same experience as Peggy from CA. I received pants that are way too small and have no labels or tags. In fact, the label on the pants had been cut off. They insist they sent the correct item and size. When I measured them, they were 30x28 (I ordered 34x30). They told me my measurement was only an estimate even though they had asked me to do this. They offered to take the item back but I would have to pay to ship them to Asia. Alternatively, they offered to refund me 15% of what I paid ($6 on a $40 purchase). I'm determined to get my money back. Since I paid with PayPal, they are working with me to resolve it. If this vendor pops up in an ad, I'd recommend ignoring it.
Please dont waste your money. Poor quality, terrible customer service. In my case the even sent me a wrong size. They refused to refund my money i ended it up losing my money. Please dont trust thrm
I purchased two pairs of men's pants, both in size 32W/34L. After many weeks of waiting, I finally received my order, however too late to bring on the planned trip. Even worse is that when my husband tried them on after returning from the trip, they were much too short to be 34L. We measured the inseam and both pants were 29L. That's when I also discovered that the size tag on the pants had been trimmed off.
I contacted the company to see if I could exchange for the correct size and their policy for returns/exchanges was anything but hassle-free. I have made many online purchases and had to return a few items over the years. I have never been asked to jump through so many hoops, even though it was THEIR ERROR in sending me the wrong size. From the time of purchase to when I was able to provide all the information requested for the exchange was just over their 45 day window. This was my mistake, however the company was not at all interested in owning their mistake and allowing me to exchange the items. So now I am stuck with two pairs which were not what was ordered, and do not fit.
The fact that the size labels were deliberately cut off makes me question the company's integrity.
