Pants were too skinny and very little fabric left on the inside hem to make alterations

Order hasn’t arrived and I haven’t received my refund!!! Staff not proactive in assisting with my issue.

Products are as I expected. Nice quality and good fit. Loving them.

Excellent product and good service.

However, the communication, website and confirmation email, is somewhat confusing. It's very unclear how to get in contact - the confirmation email says the email address shouldn't be used, while it's mentioned as the main way to get in contact in several places.

Once I managed to reach them their replies were prompt and informative.

Prompt service

Great service, quick delivery, but I was a bit disappointed that they shipped my suit to the States and then up here to Canada, which of course forced me to pay tariffs. I was not too happy about that!

Delivered on time

Product was fine but ordered on a Saturday evening as needed trousers urgently for a wedding abroad (leaving Wednesday) and paid EXPRESS delivery £10, they were not posted until Tuesday and arrived Wednesday - I got the message they arrived when I landed in the airport abroad - i.e. too late. As it was ordered on a Saturday, if it had been despatched on the Monday (first business day following order as I expected) it would have arrived on time - I obviously factored this into my decision. Postal records confirm it was not despatched - sent from the sender - until Tuesday afternoon. I tried to contact the seller by email also about my urgency - they did not answer. So Express delivery was a waste of money.

The shoes I ordered were out of stock and a substitute pair were delivered.
They are OK and I have kept them but they were not as ordered.
They did however take a long time to be delivered.

My overall experience with this company was great! The ordering process was easy, and my product arrived in a timely manner. The suit fit is a little snug compared to other suits i own of the same size, but still fits well. The suit was exactly as it was pictured and described. The biggest issue I had is that there is no time line for when the product ships, just for when it will arrive once its shipped. so you spend the first 2 weeks in the dark hoping the product arrives on time. Other than that, everything went well, and I did receive the suit before my event i bought it for!

Items returned. Confirmed return. 5 days later still awaiting a refund.

Ordered and didn’t fit, hundreds of messages and emails and heard absolutely nothing after getting told a “address” to send return to after the 4th time trying to get in contact. It’s been a week and still haven’t heard anything

I ordered a 3-piece tweed suit from Menswearr for a discounted price of ~$500 to the US. I intended this suit for my wedding, but realized, unfortunately, upon arrival that the suit pants and jacket/vest were slightly different colors as if they came from different dye lots.

After speaking with Simon in customer service I was able to return the suit and get a full refund. However, the company refused to pay my steep shipping return costs despite suit errors. (I paid $40 as I shipped my suit within Europe and would have paid $80-$150 international shipping from the US).

All in all I give 4/5 stars because while Simon at customer service was fantastic and vouched for me the whole way, I think the return policy at Menswearr is lacking.

Stunning suit, really good fit

I order a morning suit coat in available size they took payment, then they emailed me saying that size was not available, offered me a larger size which would not fit me I refused it, I requested a refund and despite a number emails and call where they said they would refund, they have still not processed a refund. I don’t recommend that you order from them. I am continuing to chase refund.

Great clothing at terrific prices. Bought a three piece suit in the sale. Lovely item, really pleased with it. Needed to call store to check delivery date and very helpful. Would definitely use again

The suit came exactly as ordered. Shipping took a little longer than anticipated but it still arrived with plenty of time to hem the pants and get the arms tailored. Other than the length of the sleeves and pants the suit fits perfectly.
