I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I ordered it 12 days ago and got a message that it shipped 5 days ago… but when I visit the tracking link it hasn’t even left China. I was not aware this was being shipped from China! I assumed it was coming from within the US since the prices were listed in USD. I would not have ordered it if I knew it was coming from so far away and would take this long.

UPDATE 10/14: I finally heard from Little Jax after posting my original review below. They refunded my purchase as requested. I have upgraded my original review from one star to four. While I was dissatisfied with the pillow and did not receive the service I had hoped for initially, the company did change my opinion by eventually fulfilling its satisfaction guarantee. Thank you.

Original review submitted 10/8: I ordered a natural latex contour pillow from Little Jax because they offer a 100 day satisfaction guarantee (“We're so sure you'll love your Little Jax latex pillow, we're giving you 100 nights to sleep on it. If it isn't the best sleep you've had, get a full refund, no questions asked.”) I realized in about 3 days, not 100, that pillow wasn’t right for me (too soft) so I reached out to get a “no questions asked” refund. Unfortunately the company is based in London (I’m in the U.S.) and can only accept returns via postal mail. It would cost me almost as much to ship the pillow back as the total of my refund. So I asked if they would consider a refund without me returning the item (thinking again about “no questions asked”). While I received responses from their customer service team initially, as soon as I asked for a refund without returning the pillow, they stopped responding to my emails. That puts me out $88 and leaves me feeling very disappointed. Don’t believe the “risk free” promise. It did not work out for me.

No complaints about ordering or delivery. That went very smoothly. My issue is the quality of the product. Perhaps it was just me but from the photos on line I thought the rugs were quite plush with the large “nubs” in the design. Instead it is thin, flimsy and the “nubs” are the size of the nail of the little finger. (Literally)

I wasn’t aware of the shipping distance and was concern about a long-term arrival. Happily the pillow arrived yesterday and it was wonderful sleeping on it. I can’t wait to go to bed tonight.
The fabric is wonderfully soft and I’m sure it will last a long time.

I ordered 5 of the Super Soft Luxury Bathroom rugs. I am thoroughly disappointed in the quality and feel the advertisement and description are very misleading and untrue. The rugs are very, very thin and actually hurt the bottom of my feet. I paid a luxury price for a very cheap feeling, thin and poor quality item. I tried to initiate a return but am told I need to return the items via USPS to the UK at my own expense. I paid $296.00 for these ridiculous rugs and the return postage will cost me over $150.00. Such a complete disappointment.

The chenille pillow cases were so soft and a great thing if you have sensitive skin.

My order took two weeks to arrive. During that time, I did not receive any updates about shipping or order received. I had to reach out by email, and finally received this response after 10 days saying my order had been received. I was starting to think that the company was a scam. The product itself is good, but the communication could use improvement.

I never received my pillow!! I have been waiting for over a month for it. The track order function was not at all helpful and I have not heard anything from the company about why there has been a delay in shipping. I advise abundant caution when ordering this product as I suspect that my payment will be lost.

Been over 2 weeks and my order looks to still be in China. Website showed 3-5 business days for delivery which is clearly false.

It appeared more dense and thicker online than in person. I was a bit disappointed

I ordered a long runner and a normal rug and I got two normal rugs. Can’t get ahold of them

These rugs are nowhere near as thick as the ones pictured. They are VERY thin and not soft at all!!! It feels like you are walking on little rocks!!! VERY disappointing!!!

The advertising is misleading; the rugs are of very poor quality—I had to throw them in the trash.

Great product great service

Never ever have i bought something online in the value of £70 for a pillow and receive a package like this. A PILLOW folded in half of a quality of the lowest level and wrapped in a plastic bag and scotched tape used in all directions all around.

Happy to show anyone what kind of a website this scam is and what products from China of the lowest level they sell online, not 20% close to what you see in pictures.
