After repeated follow-ups the DHL tracker shows it was delivered a week ago (7wks after the order) in the US (I’m in NewZealand). The staff provide template updates that contradict themselves and have refused to refund because they say it’s not lost. Such a horrible experience! They keep telling me too wait its been in NZ for weeks ??? go figure ..Shame on them

Ordered the Chill Pill on 9/01, never got a confirmation but my credit card was billed. Looking at the website, it states:
All orders are processed and shipped out within 1 business day. Once shipped, domestic orders within the U.S. normally arrive within 2-4 business days. However, inclement weather conditions, mail carrier issues, and customs may all cause delays in transit.

So, after 4 weeks I should have received this! Beware!!

Does NOT help with insomnia or anxiety at all. In fact, causes heart palpitations and arrythmias. Trying to return but because I misplaced the 2-cent instructional guide, they say they will not issue refund. Terrible. Don't bother with them. I should have known better.

Had to cancel my order and they were very good. No problems. Prompt reply and kind.

I wish I could give a proper review but this was never shipped to me even after a lot of back and forth email with the company. Kind of a fundamental flaw if they can’t ship the product.

Ironic that the product can help with anxiety! Just interacting with this company causes anxiety! Best to avoid.

Will be ordering something similar from elsewhere.

I placed an order over a month ago a UPS label was created (I got notification of this) and then it has never shipped. I have reached out to the company a few times with no reply. Right now it seems like they have taken my money without any intentions of shipping my product. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

1. How long have you had your Chill Pill? I have had my chill pill a little less than a year.
2. How has your experience been with the device? I love this thing. I was skeptical at first, it does literally take at least a month of consistent use in order to work. But once it does it is amazing.
3. What do you use the Chill Pill for most often? I usually use my chill pill when I wake up in the middle of the night. I always fall asleep easy at night, but will wake up in the early am 2 or 3 and lay there for hours not being able to fall back asleep. But the chill pill has changed that for me. It now takes me 15 mins or so to fall back asleep when using it.
4. Have you had any need to contact our customer support team? If so, how was your experience? I only had to contact customer service for one reason, and it was only because I never received a tracking nber after I ordered. But they were quick in their response.
I have recommended this to my sister and my mom, and others. My sister jumped on board. She has the same sleep issues I have and uses hers almost every night as well.

My chill pill not only helps me to fall asleep quickly every single night, it also helps when I'm hit with an anxiety attack. I'm so lucky I was able to find this contraption that helps me so frequently. It helps me to not have to take an actual pill that I swallow and works for me so well, I've bought several for several friends who suffer from anxiety or troubles falling or staying asleep. I will use this for years to come!

I was appalled when my package was lost. I immediately emailed them and I was shocked how fast they responded to my concern, they sent me a replacement package. Thank you Angelie and John for helping me solve my concern.

I had ordered the 2.0 version for my grandson for his 12th birthday. It did not arrive at all and when I contacted I was told it had been sent back. I had them send me another one and it arrived in a timely fashion. This gift for my grandson is extremely helpful as he deals with ADHD and has trouble falling asleep, has cold hands and has restless periods during the day. It helps immensely to warm his hands, calm him to sleep as well as using it in the classroom or evening times to watch a movie. Other than some of the delivery problems, this is an extremely great product. I would get one for myself to deal with my own anxiety but he comes first in my world. Thank you for such an innovative product.

Ive had my chill pill for a year and it is very helpful. I mostly just use my chill pill for insomnia and it works to help me fall asleep. My only concern with this product is the resido on the metal part which leaves a brown mark where it was in my hand. It washes off after a lot of washing and i have to clean the chill pill with a magic eraser a lot. I contacted the customer support team 3 months ago and never heard back from them about my concerns of the metal wearing out. Its a great idea and does help, but im worried about the resido.

I love my Chill Pill. I was a little hesitant at first but with Covid anxiety mixed with postpartum I was willing to try anything. It absolutely works for me, and I’m asleep in minutes.

I purchased the Chill Pill to help me sleep. I work at night and had a hard time sleeping during the day.
I use the chill pill when I can not relax and wind down enough to go to sleep.
It's made a world of a difference. am able to go to sleep quickly when using my chill pill.

I use my chill pill every single night. It really helps settle my mind and help me fall asleep fast. I also use it on high anxiety days.

Since finding the Chill pill and chill pill 2.0 I have slept! I no longer lay in bed thinking about everything and staying awake with anxiety over things that won't ever happen. The chill pill has even helped my 8yr old son who has issues falling asleep in his room. We both love them so much I own 4! 2 chill pills and 2 chill pill 2.0! I also want to add that the customer service is super fast and very understanding to questions amd concerns. They have helped me so much and I appreciate everything you do for the chill pill!!!!!!! If the power is to strong, loosen your grip a bit or hold it in a diffrent part of you palm. On colder nights it will take a min or 2 to start, don't get discouraged! Pretty much, you will think about the tempo of the chill pill instead of those thoughts that keep you up at night! 100% love this product!

Had ordered 2 special Christmas gift boxes in November- after many emails finally got 1 box in Beginning of April- still waiting for the second- that they said they had shipped - but I showed with photo evidence that only got one. I don’t know if the problem was with international shipping but I had to at least talk to 4 different people to finally get action- after I asked for a refund!

Funny MM should email me for a review, since I'm very open about being an unhappy customer. I've purchased a total of 7 chill pills, but never actually received the 2.0 versions that I bought. When I contacted them, MM insisted my package was delivered and had zero concern that I had not received them. In fact, they insisted that I did have them, and kept my money. Told me that it was basically my problem that my package had never actually been received. Out of a $160 order, I received the original chill pill surprise holiday package, but not the 2 chill pill 2.0's that I bought my kids for Xmas. Honestly the same product is available everywhere under different names Mend Your Mental reps were rude and could care less. I did have my therapist and friends ordering, but we're all spreading the word about how awful they were when I had to deal with them. I should post their emails to me, but there's not enough room. Just order a cheap version on Amazon. Same thing, same result.

Den fungerer overraskende godt. Jeg bruger den til at falde i søvn om aftenen og i løbet af natten. Og så bruger jeg ned, når jeg er sansemæssigt overstimuleret fx under eller efter en aktivitet med mange mennesker og indtryk.

Eneste minus er, at snoren er knækket.
