I wish I could give this company less than one star. I cannot review the product because I cannot clear customs in the country where I live because Mendyourmental cannot produce a simple invoice. And it took five hours to tell me so. The product might work. Who knows. Pathetic customer service.

After reading many reviews and worrying that this product is just a scam, I realised the manufacturers are doing themselves a complete disservice by not informing their customers that this product needs moisten skin to work. I suggest when you receive the product, charge it as instructed then just lick the palm of your hand to feel the pulses from the device. Then make up your mind if it’s any good.

On or about 12/15/22, I ordered 2 Chill Pills. I received a text message stating that due to high volume or availability, it would be 7-10 days before receiving the products. My debit card was charged on 12/19/22 for the products, so I checked my email inbox and junk folder, but have never received an email confirmation of my order with an order number. As of today (1/20/23) I still have no correspondence regarding the products I ordered, nor do I have the products. When I tried to track my order and was asked to provide an email address, I typed in my email address and received an immediate error message that no such email is on file with this company (Mend Your Mental). I left a Chat message on their website asking for someone to contact me by phone since they stated they don't have my email on file. I've also contacted my bank to report a fraudulent transaction and for the funds to be
credited back to my checking account. I do believe this company is running a scam and my next call will be to the BBB to report them. Judging from the fact that 61% of the online reviews are negative, with people having the same issues I'm having, I suspect I'll probably never receive what I ordered. I noticed when I ordered the Chill Pills, there was a website with a ".io" suffix. I went online to see if ".io" web addresses are valid (apparently they are), but it raised suspicions in my mind because most companies have a ".com" address. Warning!!! DO NOT order anything from this company. I wish I'd investigated this place more thoroughly before ordering anything. Keep an eye on your credit card statements, as well, to make sure you aren't being charged by this company for things you've never ordered since they have your credit card information.

Ordered 2 Chill Pills for Xmas to help us sleep. After a few weeks, we can say: It works! No more insomnia and sleep is better quality. Have recommended to family with stress issues. Review lost a star due to the slow delivery. Finally threatened to dispute charge and got it next day.

I ordered back in December. I received a confirmation saying they would need a few extra days for processing but once underway, the products would be delivered within 2-5 business days. That was a month ago. I paid through PayPal so fortunately I think I can request my refund for this actually non-existent company through them. They also provided a UPS tracking number that is also bogus.

No tracking, not item yet. Customer service just gives a hotkey saying tracking will be provided soon.

My review is the same as all the others. They ignore you until you have to threaten them about delivery. I used PayPal and got my money back. Only then did I get a BS response about how they care. I don't know why PayPal is still letting them purchase the "product" through them

This company is a scam. I am surprised anyone received a product at all. When I complained of not even getting a receipt, order number, etc… but my account was charged $75 they sent me a code for 20% off after Christmas. I ordered on 12/2 and did not receive a refund for never receiving an order until I filled a report with the BBB on 12/23.

Order on 12/4 multiple emails with no response. Not until I put a claim with my card did they respond to tell me to be patient. Finally got credit back from them they are a terrible company and will never purchase from

DO NOT buy this. It is junk. I have called several times and sent e-mails to find out how to return it and get a refund and they will not reply back or call me back.
They never answer the phone so that is a big red flag.
I only gave them one star because I had to but they get no stars.

I placed an order with Chill Pill on Nov 29 2022. The acknowledgment that I received on Nov 30 stated:
"At the moment, we are anticipating processing times to be around 4-6 Days. Once your order has been shipped from our main facility in Washington, U.S.A., you can expect to receive your product within 2-5 days!
We will keep you informed and updated on the status of your orders as they progress. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can help you; we're so excited to see what The Chill Pill can do for you!"
It now is Dec 18 but NO response from this company in spite of my email follow ups.

I placed this order 10 days ago. When ordering it said it would get here in 4-6 business days. I sent 4 emails with no response. I ordered these as Christmas gifts. I have never had such horrible customer service. After reading these reviews I wish I never would have placed an order. At this point I have no faith that these will get here by Christmas.

At first, I was skeptical about this product especially when I receive it, I felt no pulse but when I emailed their support team they helped me troubleshoot the device.

Finally I can now feel the pulse, you just need to moisturize your palm.

I had trouble ordering this device and thought I would do some research on it and So I notice that since May 2022 the company has not replied to one negative review? Strange, after reading these reviews I decided to not go ahead with my purchase, I also find it strange people don’t use PayPal to purchase things , they will always get your money back customer service is second to none and thier interest is you the customer not the company you purchased from unlike the banks and credit card companies

This is a SCAM. I ordered this product on 11/19 said it would e shipped in 1-2 days. No email saying it was shipped they charged my credit card on 11/21 still not shipped. I emailed on 11/30 still not shipped and they told me I can't cancel the order. STILL NOT SHIPPED. SCAM SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

What an excellent idea! I want to assemble some advertising material and pretend to sell a product. Don't even need to send anything, just cash the checks and send responses to the complainers. This is totally great!

I bought 3 of these, buy 2 get 1 free. None of them work AT ALL! Insomnia runs in our family. Couldn’t get mine to work, and the 2 people I gave them to cannot get them to work either. My brother worked in the tech field and when he couldn’t get it to work I knew it was not me! Expensive for junk!

i recieved it but it did nothing. I have sent numerous emails to the company and i got told to return it for refund but i had to pay $25 australian. so i hear nothing and then when i get a response they are saying they wont refund because
1. its used - well of course it is you have to try the item before you figure it doesnt work
2. not within time frame -yes it was
3. it was dirty - it wasnt
4. it wasnt in the packaging - it was in the box it came in
5. didnt have booklet and lead - it did everyting i got in the box went back to them
6. they didnt have proof of purchase - what a joke they have my details credit card purchase and order number.

Just dont buy this they are ripping people off and then offering a 50% refund which is ridiculous and criminal as it was a faulty item and they promised me a refund full. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM
WASTE OF YOUR MONEY

All these positive reviews are fake. The Chill Pill is fake. It’s a scam. An empty placebo with lights on it. Don’t waste your money or time.

Received the device last week but it doesn't work. Have emailed twice to exchange with support at mendyourmental but zero response. Like others said, buyer beware. I will amend this review if i hear from them. Don't spend money that you can't afford to just lose.
