Usually it takes up to 5-6 working days to manufacture a photo book. Shipping can take about 5-14 business days outside of peak season and depending on your country and location. Please be advised that these times are all estimates.
Currently, as we are in the middle of the peak season due to Christmas and New Year holidays, the delivery may take longer than expected.

I am so impressed with Memories Desigh. I reached out as I hadn’t yet received my Facebook memories. I instantly got a message stating they would look into it and get back to me. I then received the album and it is gorgeous! I love it! I would recommend this company for sure!! Great service and great product!

Well I tried to set up the photos that…
Well I tried to set up the photos that supposed to be printed in my album. I removed the unnecessary photos that was originally displayed to select what I want, but to my disappointment you returned the original garbage photos. And lot of the photos are duplicated.
