We are very sorry to hear that you did not like the order your photos were displayed in the album. On our side, we do not edit our customers' photo books as it may lead to different issues. In the preview, before ordering, you can easily rearrange the pictures the way you like. You can give it a try at https://memories.design/ clicking "Edit photos" in the preview and changing their position.

I previously posted a bad review (which I cant delete) because I thought it wouldn't arrive. It has arrived and it is very nice quality.
I use these platforms a lot and make a book every year this year I tried a new company. It is exactly the size they say with a crisp print and modern design though it's not big enough for a family photo album on the coffee table. Still beautiful for a portable memory I just wish it was bigger.

Beautiful Memories Yearbook
We absolutely love our book. We will be ordering one every year. The quality was impressive and a happy surprise. The hard cover and binding are gorgeous. We did have to edit each page to remove duplicates and unwanted pictures. It was worth the effort, time and money. Thank you for a job well done.

A portable book of memories,
I like the size of the book.
I thought the photos would be grouped more chronologically.
Some are out of place away from photos they are related to.
