Mel's Travel Omdömen

Iv used Mels Travel for the last 3 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Nothing is ever a bother and will try and find the perfect holiday to suit our budget.

This has been a big ask, as we must fit a certain criteria for certain members of our family.

This year, Caitlin helped me sort out a last min holiday for the school hols and has got us a fantastic break not only within budget but a gorgeous apartment in Gran Canaria.

Totally stress free and now looking forward to our holiday.

This is our 3rd holiday we have booked through Mels travel, the service has been excellent and nothing has been any problem. Would definitely recommend booking with Mels travel a day we certainly will be again.

We’ve booked 2 holidays now with Shannon at Mel’s travel in Coxhoe. First one was our honeymoon and Shannon was so knowledgable about Mexico and the right areas to stay. Second is our friends wedding next year in Cyprus! Both times she’s managed to beat TUI price too which is a win win! Felt so at ease booking and no pressure at all esspeciallt when I kept changing the hotel and ideas! We also got our Currency for Mexico too and the rate was amazing again with a better rate than others! Wouldnt book anywhere else

Cant thank Caitlin and Michelle enough for helping me sort out my holiday. Always so lovely and happy to answer a million questions! Honestly the most lovely girls! Thank you ❤️

I have always booked my holidays with Kassandra for 25 years. Her service is always professional, courteous and goes above and beyond when sorting my many holidays ! Where ever she moves to I will move my business to! Mels travel has been the best!

A local company using local staff and working with local people. Nothing is too much bother for Mel and the team. You are always served with a smile and a case full of enthusiasm. Ask a question and they will give you an answer. We have used them for the last few years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service from Lynden at Mel’s Travel Ferryhill. Always willing to help and goes above and beyond to try and get us a holiday that suits us. Thanks again x

Saw a holiday we liked ,messaged Mel,s travel on a Sunday, got a response straight away with a fair price, saw Michelle in shop on the Monday, holiday booked, great service.

First class service. Holiday booked at the best possible price. Great to use our local friendly travel agent. Thanks and we’ll be back again soon.

Lynden was amazing, found me the most perfect deal for my holiday. Absolutely made my day! Thankyou so much again you are a star🩷x

We’ve just got back from a 18 night holiday to Thailand. From initially enquiring with the places we wanted to visit, to booking and completing the holiday, everything was perfect. The itinery was perfect, and also had 2 internal flights included. Even when we had an enquiry whilst away regarding a transfer time, the team at Mel’s travel responded to our email within the hour. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

All the girls in the shop are very friendly, helpful, and very professional and I always get a good deal.

A big thank you to Shannon for sorting my holidays out, everything was spot on and went smoothly.

I would certainly recommend Mel's Travel for booking holidays.

First class service from Kerry Howden

Excellent company, they go above and beyond when helping. Rachel in particular has been a superstar today helping sort out mobility issues my husband has for our holiday in Cyprus.
Great team wouldn’t book anywhere else.

It's the first time I have used Mels Travel. A friend recommended Mels Travel to me, and they did not disappoint. The level of service is excellent.

I am quite naive when it comes to the world of travel. They have taken care of everything, booking flights, accommodations, and seats. I will definitely be using them again for our next trip abroad. I highly recommend them.
