Ordered twice and will order again for sure
When I ordered first time from Megaretailer I was a bit afraid as it looked too good to be true - I ordered something that was not available anywhere else due to manufacturer discontinuing it, so not only they still had it, but also the price was soooo much lower than what it used to cost at shops. I received the parcel with everything in it, well packed and promptly. I just received another order not so long ago and had a good experience once more. I definitely recommend.

I found lovely bargains on this website, they arrived well packaged,in first class condition, also very reasonable prices. Shipping costs vary on weight of items but even these are fair, even after adding costs to the two packs of 24 bottles still worked out cheaper than the cost of a regular supermarket. Order #5178. Ordered items online and paid outrageous £20 delivery fee to receive the items by courier. 7 days passed and no contact or tracking details received. Emails and messages through their website totally ignored. Called them to find out what had happened to my delivery to be informed that there would be a long delay processing deliveries. Then they changed their story to my items being damaged by their courier (DPD). Totally incompetent business. Only thing they got right was the refund. Avoid this amateur outfit as my experience was not a good one.

Your order was placed on 15.06 and dispatched on 17.06, with tracking information automatically sent at the time of shipment. Unfortunately, the order was sent in three boxes, all of which were damaged in transit by the courier. We received your first message on Saturday and a second message on Monday morning. We responded on Monday morning and updated you as soon as we received confirmation of the damage from the courier. Once it became clear that we were unable to replace the damaged items, we processed a full refund immediately.
We pride ourselves on providing a high-quality shopping experience. In this case, we did everything we could to assist and keep you updated throughout the process.
We understand your frustration, however, the damage occurred while the order was with the courier. We believe this feedback would be more reflective of the courier service rather than the service provided by us, as we acted promptly to resolve the issue.
