Great customer service and great products! I love my pillowcase!

Great website, quick and easy ordering and my order was delivered ahead of schedule. Great product - I couldn’t be happier.

I had a bit of trouble with the sheets and I had contacted the silvi team regarding the issue. They were extremely helpful and understanding and offered a quick solution I was happy with. I very much appreciate the quick responses. very satisfied with the outcome.

I bought silk pillowcases and bamboo sheets.
Loving them both.. it all feels incredibly luxurious.
The silk pillowcase is heaven to sleep on.
Service and communication was excellent that would get 5 stars alone.

Way too much spam. I got an email a day after placing the order until I unsubbed. I haven’t even opened the package I’m already over Silvi.

Edit: I've up the rating because of the genuinely good product. Would be 5 stars if the emails were to reduce to a reasonable amount

Lovely product, quick to arrive. nice packaging - could do without the extra shrinkwrapped plastic round box.

This product has been such an amazing experience for my daughter who has been struggling with her skin I would recommend it to everyone

Ordered in November and never received the product with horrible customer service assistance. They act like it’s no big deal that they took my money and never delivered a product

Great customer service, replied to problems quickly. Delivered very quickly without any problems. Very soft and luxurious, for me worth the money.
Only thing is that the size of the zip could be longer - it does fit a standard pillow case once it’s inside but it could be easier getting it in.

The case does not fit a standard pillow. I find the vegan bamboo pillow case scratchy on my
Face.

Order was placed on 12th December. Order seems to be going nowhere. Haven’t had any updates. EVRI states “we’re expecting it” and has been for a while. Worried this won’t be here for Christmas

My skin is not so red anymore and I’m not having as many breakouts

I placed an order on November 20 and as of December 8 they still were on the way to USPS. It never made it to USPS even as of today, almost 30 whole days later. The product itself might be great, their customer service was nice enough to immediately refund me when I told them about it, but their business model of using third party logistics team (OSM Worldwide) is such a bad idea. When they stop relying on that 3PL, they might actually go somewhere. You can barely find tweets related to the product, which doesn't bode well, nor many youtube reviews either. Sorry Max Hertan, you might be obsessed with efficiency, but you phoned this one in.

I thought pillow covers would come with the sheets and duvet cover for that price. Over priced for everything to come. individually

Not as shiny/smooth as I anticipated. Otherwise fine but I suspect the girls I bought them for will be unimpressed.

The website and everything about it was easy and simple to use. I had debated getting these pillow cases for a few years now and finally bit the bullet due to the Black Friday deals.

I love the idea of the products but unfortunatlely the bamboo sheets and pillowcases we purchased started pilling after the first wash.

The Pillow Case lost it's silkiness after the first wash (yes I followed the washing instructions). It's still nice to sleep on, but expensive for what it is. Some of the threading has come off from inside the case.
