Poor delivery planning.
Received email notification that product was going to be delivered next day, but didn't happen. Don't make excuses Medisave.eu, the issue was not because the order was made on the weekend.
My issue with the delivery was that if you receive a notification that your order will be delivered next day and requires a signature, its not good to make your customer waiting all day and not received anything (and just receive the same repeated email with a different date).
