Filled out the online questionnaire late one evening for Medicare Supplemental insurance. At 9am next morning received a phone call. The agent had my questionnaire, verified my identity and explained my options comparing prices and differences. No pressure. It was like having a conversation with a friend. I picked my plan. He gave me clear instructions on what happens next plus numerous phone numbers covering any issue I might come across.
