Ordered a Trimui Brick from them and…
Ordered a Trimui Brick from them and paid extra for one of the SD card Options.
The device itself is nice but if you get one don't choose the extra SD card Version. The SD card is terrible quality and will die in you after a couple of days. Support is claiming it happened due to wrong use but a SD Card should be able to have it copy new roms on it without dying. And instead of giving Support on how to fix IT and set up another card they try to upsell in one of the SD card options they offer. Or send a replacement where they Charge 20€ for shipping.
So can not recommend the company.

Great customer service!
My console order was processed and delivered very quickly, and when a technical fault was found on the hardware, MechDiy customer service were quick to organise and send a replacement unit. Excellent company, great service!

Great purchasing experience
Even if you're not familiar with handheld game consoles, the customer support team is happy to answer your questions before you place an order.
Because of the time difference, replies can sometimes take a little longer, but overall their customer service is very responsive. They always got back to me, so I never had to worry.
Shipping was the only slightly confusing part. I ordered a bundle, but the items were shipped separately. Everything arrived safely in the end, but I was a little concerned when only the custom buttons arrived first.
This was my first time ordering internationally, and I'm very happy with the entire experience. Thank you!

They have ignored my cancellation request
I have ordered a Trimui handheld from them, but realized that I put the wrong model in my cart. I messaged their support for an order cancellation, since my payment hasn’t even went through during that time. They refused to cancel it, accepted the payment and have started shipping the product days later my initial cancellation request. The support is terrible and will ignore your requests, do not buy from this website.

We’re very sorry for the confusion caused by the product version difference.
The console shell had a factory batch update, which resulted in a different battery cover design than the one shown on some product images.
We completely understand the customer’s disappointment and have already provided a full refund to resolve the issue.
We are now updating the product photos and descriptions to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future.
