Mecca Omdömen

1 star is being generous the all my games kept saying error reload then toke the money off me all off it. the i was waiting for 45m for someone to help me on live chat and that was a bust well wee can give u £5 bonus funds. just this one time. y do i want bonus funds i want my money so i can play a reel game. than its sorry wee cant do that well i want my money so i can so i can close my account wee still cant do that but wee have now closed u account. so i would not wast my money

Mecca games are honestly a joke. None of their offers work. I tried the welcome offer then deposited for the 25 spins offer then again for the daily, none of the offers worked.

LC gave me free spins so i thought great. I won £20 on gonzo but then couldn't see the funds. Some sites ask you to plsy your real cash to release winnings. I idiotically deposited another £10 and used on a game called immortsl romance. It crashed constantly and i couldn't see my balance. What a shoddy site!

Every single game crashed repeatedly or said i couldn't play. If you go to your account and look at the bonus and elligible games, there is nothing to select. Back to live chat, i can only use them on Gonzo, again takes like 5 times to get in. Had to wager like £196 for the £19 odd quid 🤣. Managed about a 3rd after playing maybe 400 spins not one bonus round and prizes of 2p 16p, there's absolutely no chance you will ever be able to wager anything on this game. Hours of time wasted with this site. I'm done! Don't be tempted, everything is set up for you to fail..keep my money..i'm out!

I had a call from the safer gambling team his name was paul, had a nice chat thought there was no problem he said i will put a note on your account saying all's ok, i went on mecca yesterday and it said i had reached my deposit limit, i have no deposit limits. I called rewards mike said paul had put them on because i said if i lost 200 pounds it would put me into hardship, absolute LIES and i said to mike there would be a recording of the conversation too to prove this, mike wasn't interested, i said well i withdrew 110 pounds yesterday so that doesnt make sense ? mike didnt reply. I was told by paul i was also up by 2k so we get the truth mecca DONT like winners, beware if you are smart and withdraw your winnings and dont give it back mecca will target you and force you to close your account. I have closed my account mecca disgraceful behaviour !!!!!!

One star isn’t worthy of the Wakefield club, disgusting place, staff are nasty and the good ones then are then brushed the same as them but there is some staff, which are really good in the club. The rest of them, listen to customers conversations and report them to the manager, who in fact is unprofessional and a bully, needs sacking for his attitude towards the less able (ABLEISM) some staff are also clearly against others. Manager needs to learn he isn’t legally trained to use words of legality wording that mean nothing and laughable . The staff state he is a bully and hate those who are not like him. He states his staff don’t LIE so this must be a true account of him.

This site is a joke self excluded me for no reason and have now self excluded my mecca bingo as well absolute joke

I've never ever known a site that keeps crashing as much as this one and also keeps coming up as 404 bad request

All this site does is take your money, if you manage to get a bonus round after sending £30 on a slot you be lucky to win over £5 back!. The 50 free spins and £40 welcome bonus which you can only play on gonzo quest paid out £0.00 and then after I deposited £30 on the same game, it then crashed and I wasn’t able to get back on it… every slot I played rinsed my money and paid out nothing…

Won on two different games, total £135, not added to my account, games crash constantly, contacted them about my unpaid wins, fobbed off with it will have to be investigated by our technical team

Deposit £10 and get £40 bonus and plus 50 free spins.... Hell NOT... DEPOSITED £20 AND ADD FKLL.... I'M SORRY THIS SITE IS a disgrace . DON'T DEPOSIT... PLAY MRQ......

Why every time the site allows you to login and deposit and as soon as you start playing it errors you out then you can't log back in !!
Mecca games.. appaling site..needs sorting out and quickly.

USE HAVE THE NERVE TO EMAIL ME A STUPID NEWS LETTER BUT YET OVER A WEEK CALLING MECCA TO SPEAK TO ADAM FROM REWARDS TEAM STILL WAITING ON HIM CALLING ME BACK EMAILED REWARDS TEAM THIS MORNING WHAT A SUPRISE NO REPLY FROM REWARDS TEAM SOME WAY MECCAS GOT OF TREATING CUSTOMERS

Absolutely disgusting site!

I have spent just over £500 on this site, I have never ever won once. I wish I could upload screen shots, I have now gone down the root of severe complaints and involved the gambling commission.

No bonus.. I’ve never received 1 bonus in £500 I have spent. I’ve never won more than £2. I started screen recording every game I had played to show people and post online about how bad this company is. I’m booted out with sever error every 5 minutes, the spins are all over the place. Happy enough to take your money. I am certain this is a scam site.

Please please do not use this site, spend your money else where. Paddy power is fantastic! This site will continue to take your money and you will never ever receive even £10 back.

Scam! I cannot wait for the day the company goes bust and they investigate everything they have done wrong. 😀!!

Screen shot & screen record is all I can say! The live chat are useless. They want your money, they do not play fair.

As poor a Casino I have ever encountered. If you like Dead Spins then this is the site for you, the chances of getting a Bonus Game, or Free Spins are ridiculously low, and if you do manage to get them then the Payouts are an absolute joke of the highest order.

The variety of games for a company this size is very lacking, how any Casino does not have one of the Market Leaders in Pragmatic Games is beyond me.

The Customer Service is awful, expect to wait a week before your emails receive a reply and with the Live Chat you have to wait at least 30 minutes in a queue, and whilst you are a waiting for a reply to a question you have asked the Live Chat times out even though the delay is on their side.

I have made several complaints one involving me depositing £20.00 which was not credited to my account, which took 3 Emails, 2 Live Chats, and 2 weeks to get my money back, not even an offer of any free spins even though they were at fault.

I have another complaint regarding the R.T.P. I waited 8 days for the initial reply when they gave the obvious bumph of how their Games are fully tested, however they did say they are going to send me the requested details of my personal R.T.P. so I could forward it to the Gambling Commission, this information must have got lost though as that was 6 days ago, or they've seen my R.T.P. is that low that they can't possibly let me see the percentages, absolutely appalling.

I've since complained again due to their Daylight Robbery of me wagering £85.00 at 20p per spin on various games and finally receiving the bonus round on Goonies Return, getting Organ Bones Bonus and I won a massive 4p, and that is not even an exaggeration, again I am yet to receive a reply.

I play on a lot of Sites, but this one definitely leaves a lot to be desired and should be left well alone by anyone with a sane mind.

Free spins do not load up and then they are gone never to be found again if you reload the page.

slowest live chat ever, spent 45 minutes to sort a really simple issue just because they are trying to deal with too many people at once and take 5-6 minutes everytime to reply in between each message..Silly and counter productive

Signed up to Mecca Games almost 3 weeks ago. My account was locked straight away and I had to send ID Documents. I sent them only to be told that the driving license didnt have all the corners (they were just on the edge of the photo) and that the utilities bill was out of date. It was within 3 months when I sent sent it! So they asked me to send again. So I did new photo of driving licence and downloaded a new utilities statement. Email returned saying DL is now OK but Utilities is out of date. No it isnt. So talked to Live Chat. They were useless and told me that my ID was out of date. It wasnt but they asked me to send again, so I did. Another 2 days pass with no response so I emailed them. Following day I contacted live chat again. Still told ID was out of date and could I send again. So I did. Still no response. Contacted live chat again and they said that my ID that I sent was out of date. Told them not to bother. I would take my money elsewhere. Still no response from emails.

Scam site.Rigged games.Just to prevent you from winning they will make everything.Games catching errors all the time without a reason.Highly recommend to avoid as you won't be able even enjoy to play.Scammers and cheaters

Signed up a couple of days ago and was giving free spins! Wins from the free spins couldn’t be used on any games! I ended up withdrawing my money and lost the bonus funds! I then had another offer deposit and free spins, I tried this again and yet again the bonus funds couldn’t be used in any games! Tried different servers, cleared history all that was recommended by live chat!! Nothing!! Also was constantly kicked off the site! Send email to support with no response!! Not really impressed at all!!

I have played on this site for a while now with good results, they don't have a vast range of games but I have had good pay outs and fast withdrawals with no issues
