Beware of this scscamsite.nthey took all my winnings reversed my payment and locked my account for absolute no reason. They will steal your money and find all kind of excuses. This site should be reported and closed down. Its a big scam.

Gone from ok to absolutely terrible !

When i first joined Mecca games a few short Years ago my first impression was it's a very basic site, not much choice of games but i did get a few wins to keep me interested.
I used to play Slingo Lucky Larry's Lobstermania mostly and other Slingo games and Eyecon slots.
I got a few wins of £100-£150.
Then they started bringing in new tools and rules for Slingo games and completley ruined them, making the game all about exspensive end games and buying extra spins.
Now you hardly get on the pay lines and when you do the prizes are the lowest you'll ever see and now not worth playing.
Eyecon slots on Mecca games are a complete waste of time and money as no matter what Eyecon slot you choose to play it's 10-15 spins on whatever stake and your lucky if you get two lots of two line wins returning pence and nothing more.
Scatters never come in and if you actually do get them for 15 spins or picks, you'll maybe get £2 or below everytime.
Everything on Mecca games is capped to pay nothing back, they have no loyalty to their customer at all and promotions are non existant and appalling like their free daily spin wheel.

Please be very careful with this platform, I deposited 100 pounds only to suddenly be blocked until verification, I have since provided everything required, yet they are still not happy, I will now turn to the Gambling Commission with the hope they can help, but honestly people steer clear from this site because they steal you money.

Initially, great. All the games played well as you would expect for new players and I was ahead and in profit.
But, after a while it wanted some money back, fair enough I get that.
I was playing a game for a while though and after a while of not giving a bonus, I upped the stakes. The game crashed and said, to restart the game, it didn't work again and I could no longer access that game after around £150.
I went on a similar game and it did the same.
Frustrated, I made a complaint and sent in screenshots of the crashed games.
A couple of days later they responded telling me that all their games worked on percentages and that's just how it is.
I responded again saying that I was aware of how percentages work but this wasn't the problem. The problem was the two games in particular that don't work anymore.
I got an apology saying I'm sorry for the misunderstanding and I have raised it with the technical team.
Two weeks later the games came back but my deposits were disabled now.
I rang up and I had to go through responsible gambling questions to get the deposits enabled.
After half an hour of checks etc.. They let me back on.
I put £60 back on over three days and guess what... The game errored as soon as it's was due a bonus again.
I hit the self exclude button for five years... Just to get rid of it...

I wish I'd read the reviews before joining, think I've put 1500 on these games Over the last few weeks and cashed out nothing , can just eat 200/300 in 20 minutes without giving a bonus , when you do get a bonus the returns are shocking , I honestly don't know how they are getting away with it, the payout percentages must be ridiculously low , surely watchdog or the ombudsman should step in and pit a stop to this
