I wish I had read the reviews before joining, spent £20 in 10mins, without any bonus round, when it looked like it was going to drop, the spins, started to go faster. What is the purpose of the Gambling Conmmission?, when do they monitor these sites?Tombola and Heart are just as bad, since being taken over, they all have one objective, pay less,or not at all.The GC should be under investigation for not looking after the customer, they seem to look the other way, when you make a complaint, not even bothering to rely.As for Mecca, will be cancelling account, total rip off, like the other sites mentioned, don't bother with any of these, they are all corporate run now, which is a shame.

That's fine.. surely if you spend £10 £12 even £15 then bonus funds should release to cash.
Like hell do they.. they only release if u lose it or if u won on your last spin then I would hope if you won £10 cash on your very last spin ot would go into your cash balance.
The respect I have lost for this company is huge.. I've informed family and friends avoid the site including the bingo halls.
This kind of thing disgusts me.. if you have to wager your deposit and bonus once then why wouldn't the bonus release after you wager £10 worth of spins.

Deposited 20 pounds spent over 10 on bingo a few pounds on spins but no bonus given after spending it.
Customer service came up with some jargon and copy and paste reply to not give the sign up bonus

I would strongly caution anyone considering using [Company Name]. I deposited funds using my partner’s card after my own was lost — the platform accepted the transaction without any warning or verification issue at the time. I played fairly, accumulated around £200 in winnings, and then attempted to withdraw.

Suddenly, my account was locked pending verification. I submitted every document they asked for, including my partner’s bank statement (which they explicitly accepted), and was told multiple times by customer support that my funds were safe and would be returned once verification was complete.

After weeks of back and forth, and after complying with everything they requested, I was informed that my balance had been forfeited and kept by the company — no refund, no withdrawal, no valid explanation.

This is an extremely unethical and misleading way to treat customers. They had no issue taking the deposit when I could have lost everything, but when I won, they found a way to confiscate the funds. It feels deliberately unfair, and I am currently escalating this to the UK Gambling Commission and considering further legal options.

Avoid this platform at all costs.

Been a member of mecca for many years it used to be a really good site that now has gone seriously down hill,itis virtually impossible to get a win and yea bingo is a game of luck but something doesn't sit right me me when it's impossible to win anything yet other players win on a daily basis! Always enjoyed playing bingo, so thought I’d try the Mecca App. Purchasing 120 tickets per game, in a 70-80 room and very rarely get down to 1TG let alone win. I’ve played bingo elsewhere with 24 - 36 tickets in a 200 room and win or get to 1TG quite often. Somethings not right, seems a scam it’s not enjoyable to play what so ever. Same player names seem to win, and if you calculate how much money they make per game, the prizes are atrocious! Also the bonuses don’t work, I kept receiving a free £5 notification, spoke to Amy on live chat and she called me a liar; because the app doesn’t send out promotion notifications apparently. Save your money, because you’ll spend endless amounts on this app with no returns, and a totally unenjoyable experience all round.

Can’t withdraw £225 winnings, take the money out my account via Apple Pay, but say they can’t pay it back in the same account. Complete CON. The money is stuck now in my Mecca account. 25yrs played online mecca this is worst ive experienced site only looks after vip big spenders demotes you so you cant compete with the high rollers ,i wud NOT reccomend any new player for this site no more lost all its fun as most regulars have left

The games seem to be set at NoWin. Deposited £20/30 a few times started off low steaks Worked my way up and just constant No Win- No Win, even the few wins I had wasn't very good and once I did have a bonus/ win that was it!

Terrible experience! All the slot games that enjoy playing crash and give error 211 code. Spoke to Customer Service and said they would send an email for me to list all the games affected, never came!
