Total scam, took thousands upfront, settled no major accounts only one for $600, which I should have just paid but wasn't paying attention and it was only $650 due on the account. They stopped responding in Feb of 2024. I even went to their office location, and of course, no one was there. Save your self!

This is total scam! They will take all your money and not settle your debts. They have taken so much money from me and never paid anything. If you’re desperate for help do not let these people prey on you. Take a deep breath, and call your own creditors , they are more than willing to work with you not to mention understanding. All creditors are all too familiar with the “meadowbrook ripped me off” story everyone tells. You’d be surprised.

Biggest Scam around! Take people’s hard earned money monthly and put it in your pockets instead of paying our bills! I wish New Jersey was in the class action lawsuit against you and all of the companies involved in January. 7 states sued you! I hope New Jersey is next on the list! I want my money back
You are a disgrace! So many calls and emails sent and unanswered. Now I have default judgements against me. I am sick over this scam!

This company is a total scam! I contacted them on May 2022! At first it was a good communication, as soon they the calls for the debt collector stop at thought because the were in a pay to solve my debt. I got suit by
Bank of America, sent the court papers to them called and called many times! Now my salary is being garnished. Plus the still taking my money that is closed to -16,000 dollars. Looking for a lawyer. To suit them for
Fraud I don’t want to start paying them cause the contract states if you pay yo break the contract..

I am just expressing my experience with Meadowbrook legal group. I have started the program on November 2022 and I had 3 account with them. Two of the accounts they have negotiated and give me like 50% off, however the 3rd account wasn't resolved till now.
The customer service is too bad, you may have to wait like hours and hours to get through some one or you never get through anyone, if you got some one they are not so knowledgeable to give you the answer you are looking for, sometime they simply say ohhh I don't know ... so why they are there ? God knows.
I wouldn't suggest anyone to go through with them.

I called them over a week ago requesting a letter and told me for the month of February 2024 the system was down. I am still waiting for the letter as it been been a week. I am not receiving any response and I have on hold for three days. The phone takes you to a voice-mail or they tell you that the are closed and it was only 3:45 PM.

Complete scam, anything they do you can do yourself by calling the credit card companies yourself, outrageous fees and try getting them on the phone, impossible you will be on hold for hours

I just recently sold my house and now have the money to settle my accounts, but they do not respond to any of my emails or phone calls! They have taken plenty of money for the "so called" services they provide, but have not done anything to assist me!! This company is a scam!!!

I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Department to get my money back!!!

This is a terrible company
I have been paying them for over a year with very little help on my credit cards.
I'm beeing sued and they won't respond to me, I have called several times for legal help, that I have already paid for, and they will not give me help!
They won't tell me who is going to represent me and the court date is in 3 days!!! They have not help me at all
I would tell anyone that wants help with their credit card debt that they should stay very far away from this company

I’ve been trying to contact this office for nearly 4 weeks now ! The phones aren’t working, the chat isn’t working, I’ve sent notice via their contact us tool & reached out to my assigned “attorney”. Zero response!!! I’m receiving notices of lawsuits against me for accounts they’re supposed to be working on & I can’t get a hold of anyone! They’re still taking my money out on time though! Feels very much like a scam, do not enroll in their program!

Total crap. Smoke and mirrors.

I’ve been calling your firm for the past two weeks and every time it says the office is closed. Very unreliable!!

Scammed out of money that could of been helping us get out of debt instead used for fees

They take over 90% in fees if you read every document you will catch it. It's a complete fraud STAY AWAY.Go to the BBB they have a D rating. Go to yelp and read the reviews .update 1/14/24 I've spoken to someone they double down so I canceled my account took a big hit because they don't refund..
