I have proof that there has been ZERO work done for the money that I paid to you, IN GOOD FAITH, totaling close to $126,303.89. I have been lied to, and scammed by your company with NO ONE TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN LIES AND MISREPRESENTATIONS, OR THE LIES & MISREPRESENTATIONS MADE TO ME BY ANY PARTY THAT WORKS OR HAS WORKED AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF MCA RESOLVE (SECURE ACCOUNT SERVICES) .

They are scammers. They take money and wait for a lawsuit to start. They do not contact the creditor, charge a lot of money and basically do nothing. They are bigger scammers then the brokers that sold the loans in the first place. Deal with it yourself or save money and hire an attorney.

These people use spoofed numbers to harass us and our company all day long everyday several times a day. They claim somebody at our company contacted them about resolving an issue and that is a flat out lie. They continue to harass us with phone calls from their company using spoof numbers and refuse to listen to a request to not call us anymore. This company is a big fat joke and a scandalous one at that.

I’ve made quite a few payments and they never contacted the companies I owe. Mca canceled my account after one missed payment , so I’m out thousands to them and still owe all of my debt and I’m being sued by the other companies. Mca never showed me proof they contacted them . This company will quickly take your money and quickly write you off.

The pinnacle of what you call a scam. All of them are just in it to take your money.

So here are some facts and issues everyone needs to be aware of and research. I have already filed my complaints with the FL AG office and you should all do it as well as they are violating many state and federal laws.

FTC Rule:
A debt relief company cannot collect any fees until:
1. At least one of your debts has been successfully settled or reduced;
2. You’ve agreed to the settlement; and
3. They’ve shown you a written agreement with the creditor.

Under Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) (Fla. Stat. § 501.201 et seq.),
it’s unlawful for a company to engage in
“Unfair methods of competition, unconscionable acts or practices, or unfair or deceptive acts or practices in the conduct of any trade or commerce.”

Examples include:
• Taking upfront fees before performing services
• Misrepresenting what services they’ll perform
• Telling you to stop paying creditors while knowing you could be sued
• Refusing to refund or apply your funds in good faith.

You can file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division, which regularly pursues debt-settlement companies for this exact conduct.

Do you research, I know. you are all stressed and scared and they sell you a dream. But that dream is not real. Use your channels to get them back as they are benefitting off of your hard work and stress.

Never talk with this group - they simply use your information and take money "into an account for your benefit" with monthly fees, and once your account goes into a lawsuit and you threaten to cancel your existing work contract, they all of a sudden want to talk and will communicate but you're over a barrel and negotiations are crap compared to what they could have been...

Goes by many names - never touch anything you can find is connected to them!

Run from these guys. They will take your money, and they get all their fees from you. They didn't resolve anything, and I am out $30K and still on the hook for the debt they were going to resolve. They are a scam, plain and simple. They will just string your lender along and not save you any money.

they lie. everything is lip service. they actually did nothing as far as work. but what they did do is get me into a law suit which could have been easily avoided. i would not recommend this guys as it was so much easier for me to negotiate the ma loans down myself.

Please run from this company, they are smooth at first and the notion sounds excellent but they are complete scammers. Do not sign anything, do not give them any personal details. Get away from them at all costs, no idea how they sleep at night!!

The reviews that are all on the same day and several others a week prior are all people that work for the company making the reviews which is against the law they are nothing but a fraud company and they will steal all your money and do absolutely nothing to work for you so do not do not do not give this company one dollar they stole $44,000 from me and just left me to lose my business and my whole future Never even called one of my creditors and I have proof SCAMMING business owners

SCAM COMPANY DON'T TRUST FRAUD I DID CONTRACT WITH MICHEAL FROIO FROM EASTERNFINACIAL AND REFER ME TO MCA RESOLVE I told him to hold my contract due my injury for my foot surgery I need this money now on my back after 3 days take out $1441.18 my account come negative in my bank I tried to call him only forward number keep given number to call keep saying this Attorney fee not even 3 days with contract how can be negotiate with creditor for 3 days this not possible and later send me to my email your contract canceled never return my money I will file law suit against this company DON'T TRUST
