I found mddhosting through favorable comments in webhostingtalk. I won’t mention previous hosts, but I left them many years ago and never look back (except in sadness). I *always* recommend mddhosting to everyone. Superb hosting. Superb support. For many years. I depend on mddhosting for my three sites and two email addresses. I appreciate your help, mddhosting. I've been a customer of MDD Hosting for 6+ years. I have a dedicated server with them that is maintained beautifully. There is a old country store vibe to MDD. Every time you go in, the same people greet you at the door. Support is experienced, fast and thorough. Michael, Chris, Tim, Eric etc are always helping me out with errors, installations, random questions etc. The backend is clean and easy. Highly recommend.

When I was searching for a webhosting provider, I didn't want to go with one of the big companies and wanted a smaller company that had good service. The big companies seem to have a lot of ultra cheap initial prices with high renewal prices later. Luckily I came across MDDHosting and it sounded exactly like what I was looking for. Small company offering a hosting plan that worked for me at a good/fair price and could provide good personal customer service. Today, I had an issue with re-installing WordPress, for some reason my admin panel was not showing up correctly and after trying to re-install and troubleshoot the issue myself I reached out to MDDHosting customer service chat and Tomoyo looked into the issue and found some strange configurations with WP & cPanel. After extensive troubleshooting, she figured out the problem and helped clear out the issue and allowed me to reinstall WP successfully. She also fixed a few minor issues that cropped up during the re-install. I was really amazed by the speed, effort, and quality of customer service. Also when I first signed up, there was an issue with my credit card blocking some of the charges and they were really helpful and responsive about resolving the charges from their end and getting me set up quickly with my new hosting account. Thanks MDDHosting, really glad to have found your company and happy to be a customer!

Tim was super helpful about explaining all the details about upgrading my hosting service. He came up with a great plan and I can still upgrade further if I need to in the future!
