Kevin Hecht did a great job presenting…
Kevin Hecht did a great job presenting the Live Webinar: Learning From the Mistakes of Others: Appraisal Disciplinary Case Studies. He turned what could have been a dry topic into an engaging session that truly flew by. Kevin shared numerous real-world experiences that added depth and practical insight, making the material both relatable and memorable. His ability to keep me interested and entertained while delivering valuable lessons was impressive. Highly recommend his webinars!

McKissock issued me a useless CE certificate
McKissock issued me a useless appraisal CE certificate. They put the wrong license number and the wrong state's approval number. I have tried twice to contact customer service. Ghosted!

This isn't the same McKissock…
This isn't the same McKissock experience I had for my last license renewal. AI voices are jerky, uncoordinated, lack proper emphasis, and frequently mispronounce words. When reading a market grid, the AI voice called a room count of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths as "three halves."
Bring back the human instructors!!!

The summary is a great addition
The summary is a great addition to the website. It let's you know where you are pertaining to courses needed to meet state requirements. The only flaw I see is that it does not recognize courses in the prior year when you have two years to completion.

Svar från Mckissock Learning - Appraisal

Stupid course Change career path!!
Stupid course and exam questions are not accurate, they don't match, and it's the worst online course ever taken.

Confusing Course Access and Poor Support
I purchased the Certified Residential Licensing Subscription (105 hrs.) and had a hard time just accessing the courses. Nothing showed on my dashboard, and support had no idea how to help. I finally figured out on my own that you have to manually add each course to the cart and check out for $0.00; which isn’t explained anywhere. The lack of clear directions and unhelpful support made the process much harder and more time-consuming than it should’ve been.
