No problem what so ever, delivered 3 days.happy out

Placed my order, but picked the wrong size. Got on to McKvr, and they changed my order straight away and had my Clifford hoodie within two days. Great clothing, great service and very friendly customer service, would highly recommend McKvr.

Everything was good except for the fact that the gear sizes seem smaller than equivalent sizes with other outlets.

Good website, competitive prices and fast shipping.

Bought an adult size mystery jersey. Fast delivery. Jersey quality not as good as other McKeever goods previously purchased. Supposedly tight fit - there is no shaping . Will stick to standard products in future. Mystery jerseys not good value.

Arrived home from a few days away to a bag of goodies. Lovely brand its very well made sports gear and reasonably priced. My daughter loves her sports gear. Shes a Dub with Kerry connections!! A very well known Kerry player!! She collects county jerseys and loved this new range so we bought more gear!!

I would not recommend this company. I ordered over 400 Euros worth of club gear for my two sons for Christmas. I placed the order on the 26th of October, and only received a small bit of the order on Christmas eve. This was my kids Christmas presents, to say I am disgusted by the lack of communication from the customer service team would be an understatement. NEVER EVER WILL I BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. AND I MOST CERTAINLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. From a furious customer who was left with very disappointed children Christmas morning 😡😡😡😡😡

Worst company anyways. Weeks delayed delivery. Worst customer service which don't care.Dont order here folks. Our school forced us for this order but never again.

Incredibly poor customer service! The are currently the only place where you can order gear for St. Mary's Rugby Club and use this position to treat their customers with complete arrogance. I have ordered from the twice in the last 12 months and experienced the following:

1. Placed an order and was told that it would take 6 weeks to deliver, it was delayed twice and it took 8 weeks for the order to arrive (the season was almost finished).
2. They refuse to do returns or refunds on what was ordered, states it clearly in their T&Cs, I am not aware of any other online retailer that has such as policy
3. They changed the clothing supplier from Adidas to their own brand with no change prices between the 2, presumably this increased their margins.
4. A delivery charge of €6 for a pair of shorts that cost €30, is a complete joke
5. The shop is only open for certain days at a time, of their choosing, the rest of the time they are closed
6. They never respond to emails or online chat. I sent several messages

To be honest, I don't understand why the club switched from Uniformity to McKeever. The service from Uniformity was faster and more professional in every way!

Ordered twice in the past 2 weeks. The first order arrived prompt and loved the item therefore placed another order and was just as pleased, prompt delivery and love the item.

Ordered weeks ago...still not received. Emailed them but no reply. ( They did email me once previously saying my order would be delayed due to black Friday !!?) Had no tracksuit for grandsons birthday...thanks. Won't ever use again.

2nd time I have purchased off this company in the last 2 months. I am overwhelmed with the merchandise and especially the customer service. Absolutely fantastic and 100%. The lady i spoke to when ordering on the phone was excellent and went out of her way to get items I wanted. Absolutely superb. This is a company I will definitely be buying off again and again.A1👍

I placed an order feb 1st on this day my account was debited the spend amount. 1 month later no order came i emailed to be told i had to wait 8 to 10 weeks. Waited 10 weeks still no order. Im now 4 months later no order and asked twice for a refund only to be told someone will call me. Iv been told someone will call me 4 times now over 2 weeks and guess what?Nobody called, no refund, no order and countless emails. Save yourself the hassle dont use this company
