Go to plainlands McDonald’s every Sunday. I have a reg flat white on skim with an extra shot every time, have never recorded what I have ordered in the past 3 months

Recently went and was served by this really really nice girl called Chloe Sheahan she was great and really fast so fast that i think they should move her up to drive through.

They didn’t give me a straw for my drink or a spoon of my muffin

Lakelands staff were too interested in having a chat. I ordered a coffee at 6am with two extra shots. What I got was a coffee with two sugars. I was the only customer so no excuses. Obviously I had to bin the coffee. Could go back as I was already on the road

Waited 10 minutes (only 3 other customers in store at 2pm) before asking where my order was. Told it was coming, they had "just been waiting on chips". 30 seconds later, they called my number. Went to grab the 2 burger meals, told they are just about to get the drinks...
The lemonade tasted like plain soda water. BBQ bacon Angus burger had so much BBQ sauce, everything slid out of the bun and I couldn't taste anything else. Made a huge mess with every bite.
The was the store at corner of Springvale and Wellington roads.

Mcdonalds warragul is the slowest service I've ever experienced at a McDonalds, the second lane is completely forgotten about, on 2 occasions I've sat there waiting for someone to answer while continuing to answer lane 1, and have had to move to the window with no order.

My husband and I went to McDonalds at Westminster WA for lunch today and watched the manager be rude to his customers and harassed a young staff member in front of customers and other employees. His behaviour can best be described as workplace bullying and harassment and he was arrogant enough to treat his staff in this fashion when I was standing right next to them waiting to be served. He is obviously not astute enough to recognise a training opportunity and used the situation to belittle a younger member of staff instead.

How is their rating even as high as 1.8?!? Maccas has absolutely gone down the tubes. Prices have skyrocketed so they're not even cheap anymore. But it's not the fact it's gone up, that's understandable, it's how much it's gone up that's unacceptable. Maccas at Gracemere QLD wanted $4-75 for a cheeseburger that their own site says should be $3-75 in November of 2022. A cheeseburger for goodness sake - it's a squishy little bun with a piece of meat, a couple of pickles, a tiny squirt of tomato sauce, and a slice of cheese! So now price gouging is a standard practice for Maccas apparently, and prices are NOT the same across the board. It won't be long before you're done in Australia Maccas, because you just can't please anybody by the looks of the reviews. I know I'll be going elsewhere!!!

Maccas need to explain the reason why every single one of their sites are so Crap. Crap service, Slow Service, Cold food. In general just Crap. You really need to sort your business out as you are getting so expensive and providing a worse experience everytime.

I had a Spicey Burger & chips from Bega McDonalds today. It was the last time I'll ever buy anything from McDonalds again. The chips had no potato in them & the burger was too hot (chilli). It had chunks of lettuce & slapped together. The whole meal was disgusting.

My earliest visit to a McDonald's Restaurant was over45 years ago.
1975 Blacktown / NSW.

It Used to be a great "family"- restaurant in the past, 25 years ago.

Drive through and Uber pick up are now taking preference over waiting dine-in guests.

Some stores in Toowoomba are without a menu / price-display.

Often paper napkins are missing in the producf-bag.
Be it take-away or dine-in.

Paper towels are unavailable in WC.

Ceramic cups are unavailable,
But the advertising display is promoting a ceramic cup.

When ordering to eat-in,
I am missing the invitation:
"Do you like table service?"

A very common question from the staff is:
"do you like it in a meal?"
No thank you, (I can live without softdrinks).

Seniors are treated with a drink on the house,
when purchasing food.
My choice is often coffee.

A complementary 'Refill for Seniors'
is only available at Hungry Jacks.

Nothing stays the same, there is a change -
Every minute, every second.

Unlimited Refills of percolated coffee are no more.
When was that!?? you ask
Only a few years ago around 1997,
both Maccas in Bundaberg.
Mal Foreman was the franchisee.

WC:
Toilet-paper becomes thinner, narrower & less absorbent year by year.
This is a fact in some Shopping Centres in Toowoomba as well.

I am currently researching the paper- issue.

Back to the (restaurant ?).
The tables need to be attended more frequently.
10 years ago, clean surfaces were the norm and my reason to bring family and friends to Maccas.

WC- rooms were kept very clean in the past.
An other reason to attend with my family and friends.
A check-list was on display,
The times of visits were recorded.
That has changed from 1997 to now,2022.
I had in recent years many disappointed visits.
No need for details.

Hand-Dryers not operating, occasionally.

I like all the members of the Staff at Maccas.
These human beings are very friendly
and do their best to attend to my request.

The Experience of:
Their smile, genuine desire to do well and going the extra mile, makes my day and is appreciated.
Unfortunately only a few opportunities to thank them,
mostly when someone delivers or wipes the tables.

Yes,
I mean NO,
"it is not just about the food"
I can eat at home.
It is the human connection that brings me back to Maccas.
The emotional interaction and appreciation of seeing people
serving & being served.

To be truthful,
the Bacon & Egg McMuffin attracts me as well.

The Managers,
being human beings as well,
have always addressed irregularities;
In the Toowoomba area and Gatton.

I enjoy Music, I play various instruments.
To day I am at the Gatton Maccas and the music is great!
But WHY the HIGH Volume ? 83 db!! ??
My table is away from the speaker location.
I am unable to have a conversation at my table.
That is unacceptable.
I visit a concert or disco to listen to 80+db sound.
This is Loud noise and does not benefit any guests,

May be the staff is enjoying it.

In some other stores
I experienced the same, a high volume.
It is the VOLUME ,
NOT the music or song that is unpleasant.

I am visiting frequently, today I arrived at 17:00 now it is 22:45.

The service at Mcdonalds Merrylands west was appauling.I was completely ignored by to girls working there.Have never been treated so badly.I waited 10minutes to order & then waited another 10mins for my order.Discraceful Mcdonalds.

McDonald's is one of the largest franchise in Australia, but have you noticed that the state of toilets are absolutely disgusting, not only that, why they don't make 2 toilet with some room , so tiny and small that people have to scramble around each other in that little dirty place. I reckon McDonald's Australia should take a good look at this closely,

Young man at the counter had zero training
Had no clue
Toasted cheese sandwich not toasted just warmed up and not cut

Mc Donald's northbound on M1 at Jilliby would have to be the worst I have experienced Australia-wide (towns, cities and country). The "restaurant" was dirty and untidy, fries had been cooked for some time (cool and soggy), Angus classic burger patty was overcooked (crisp) and laden with excessive sauce, coffee lukewarm. When I went for a sundae after the terrible meal, the sundae was plonked on the counter and a spoon thrown down beside it. As the state of the venue was questionable, I chose another (clean) spoon, and the person behind the counter stared at me as though I had offended her!! There were three customers and six staff, so no pressure, no excuses, nobody could be bothered!! (Anzac day 2022 9:30 pm)

My partner and I visited the Gawler store (SA) in person and ordered separately.

We both intended to use the self-service machines however he went to the counter as he couldn’t customise his order as he wanted.

Upon placing my order at the machine, the screen went white as I processed payment so I went to the counter.

This is where things get messy.

The girl at the counter went to my order through again as she “couldn’t find it.” After some back-and-forth, I showed my bank app with proof of payment, and then she conveniently “found it” straight away.

As my partner and I paid separately, the girl offered to bring out our orders together, which was appreciated, so we walked away with number 63.

20 minutes pass. We visit the counter to find that my order had been left out as it was ‘take away,’ and my partner’s had been completely forgotten.

Another 10 minutes pass. I’ve now finished my slightly cooled burger and soggy chips and my partner goes up again - they forgot the meal. AGAIN. This time, the shift manager, who my partner spoke to the first time, tried to shift blame on the kitchen staff.

This service is not good enough. What was meant to be a quick 10 minute in-and-out visit turned into a 45 minute back-and-forth ordeal. We were on our way to something important, which or course we were late to.

I told McDonald’s about my experience through the feedback link on their website. Currently waiting on a response.

Their McShowpony offerings on counter display screens all dressed up like $300 hookers in their McBloomers & McFrillies!

I'll keep this review short and sweet.
One went to the Stockland Express franchise Townsville and I was soooo hungry that arvo, the Capitol Regent Chinese wasn't open yet :(

Apon entering the upside-down butt crack in the sky, one saw all the carefully presented, propped and choreographed Mcphotos on their counter display screens featuring all their 'Mcturnover'.. Looked appetizing and somewhat scrumptious!

Ordered a bacon lovers burger, double quarter pounder and cheese, and Mcshake and sundae.

I never got burgers that looked ANYTHING like the ones in the photos up there??
Burgers pictured (modeled) on the display screens were all dressed up like $300 escorts in their McFrillie's and McBloomer's, fresh attractive and standing tall!
Bacon looked crisp with get up and go (like it had been dipped in a Viagra solution before it was grilled).

Well, at the end of the day, what one did get was saggy, tired and luke LUKE warm.

The bacon was sad and soggy.
My get up and go EXPECTATIONS, got up and left!
Yep, Elvis left the building,
The McHorse well and truly bolted!!!!

(The last time one came here those megre McOfferings were also luke warm borderline cool too! One rang MacDonald's head orifice in Sydney and was told that they'd get the franchise owner to ring me. After several months one is still waiting).

One really felt like 'producing' my own personal 'quarter pounder' (with mega cheese) on their floor whilst singing
'God bless Ausmerica' followed by a chorus of 'Camptown races' (doo-dah, doo-dah day)!

At least the folk in the queue watching my McWheezin McCheese-squeezin 'spectacle' would have known where THAT meat come from!!!

(would have been more entertaining than watching the shenanigans their pathetic 'McClown du jour' gets up to in their restaurants)!

A lot of ol' farts like me don't go to those noisy McDonald restaurant places full of screaming yelling larvae, we prefer the quiet express stores, something that McWhatsemYouCallEm 'clown du jour' should take note of!

McDonald's should lose the clown, bury the bugga in your corporate McGarden or sell him off to an antique dealer or something!
Don't take this the wrong way, there's no malice intended, but your 'clown du jour' is a bygone relic in 'nanny state' Australia, an outdated politically incorrect dinosaur that is out of place in todays society where kids are warned about associations with 'luring' strangers and the like!]]

I hope Mc$$$ appreciate I am being very restrained in my McLanguage on here, considering the latest 'kick in the nuts' one got from their LUKE WARM McTurnover!

One feels sorry for folk who frequent this place.

REALITY IS, the poor and underprivileged have the choice of rubbish bins, KFC, the local charity's soup kitchen or McDonald's.
Many chose the later only to preserve their social standing and dignity.

Another McLesson learnt!
I've been getting my McFillin's elsewhere ever since.
As I always say, you get what you pay for!
Only want to spend a couple of bucks then McCheap n McNasty is what you get.
(Minus the displayed Mcfrillies, suspenders and McBloomers).
Remember the adage 'no such thing as a free lunch'.

Product quality and customer service has definitely gone downhill in the past 5 years. Colac VIC store always everything is thrown together with either sauce all over the burger wrapping, drinks with drink spilt all over the cup, or drinks with no syrup in them. Warrnambool East VIC store cannot get orders correct very very frustrating to be told we can't adjust your order you'll have to drive through again, seriously! I think I'm ready to ditch maccas for good. Considering I was once an employee of McDonald's I'm sure we would not of been allowed to serve our product like that or argue with the Customer.

Got fries, OK what you would expect.
Chocolate shake was good.
Chicken burger... Dry and like someone stood on it.
Double cheese burger... Half the size you would expect and like it was stood on as well.
Rarely do I eat from these fast food places because of this. Another problem is Kids working don't care, just doing a job and that's easy to see. Menu boards are fake advertising with false images of real meal supplied. It's criminal.
Typical thou of most other outlets and simular companies.

Order the NEW BIG MAC CHICKEN HAAAAAAAHAAAAAA.
THEY BETTER RETRAIN THE BURGER ROOM PEOPLE.WIFE WENT TO CHECK BURGER OUT AND PRESTO ITS A BLOODY MEAT PATTI.AS WE WERE TRAVELLING BACK HOME SOME 300KS IT WAS TO HARD TO GO BACK.THE BIRDS AT THE NEXT TRUCK BAY ENJOYED IT. AND THE COFFEE TASTED LIKE SH.......T.LETS SEE IF MACCA REPLY.I DOUBT IT.

THE BURGERS ARE BETTER AT HUNGRY JACKS.
