My journey started with McCambridge Duffy in early 2021, a special thanks goes out to MIchael Peoples who when I was at the end of my tether helped me see the light at the end of the long dark tunnel i was in! Michael's support has been excellent.
My situation has been fluid and ever changing since my business failed post pandemic and then a mountain of unsecured debt mounted very quickly.
McCambridge Duffy in all areas were flexible and adaptable, listened to my needs and concerns and were really patient and helpful in getting my IVA across the line.
I can assure you to look no further if your looking for a company who actually cares, a company that provides the right advice and creates a financial plan that is right and affordable for the debtor and which is fair for the creditors.
Just to add they are UK based and not overseas, they know the law, they also seem to have good relationships with creditors too.

I unfortunately got myself into debt back in 2019 - I was going through a difficult time in life. I got counselled etc. My counsellor mentioned getting advice regarding an IVA - I done some research on Google, i read so many awful reviews (horror stories) regarding different companies and creditors and IVA's, so I decided to do nothing until I come across McCambridge Duffy. A blessing in disguise. A 15 minute phone call to them, expenditure forms and meetings with my creditors everything was resolved within a matter of weeks. I've been on it three years now, throughout my time on it with the cost of living and other things I struggled with payments, I felt scared to call them as I thought they've already given me a second chance at life. But once again, they really supported me on this journey. I know I am not finished my Journey, but i honestly can not recommend this company enough. If your someone who is struggling with debt, my only advice is to pick up the phone to McCambridge Duffy. I would also like to put on record I have yet to come across someone within this company who is unhelpful and understanding but I would like to give a special thanks to Roisin Duffy she has been fantastic.

So I contacted McCambridge Duffy for debt help about 13 months ago. And we got the ball rolling in a iva.. unfortunately my partner was just to nervous to go through with it, so I told McCambridge Duffy.. thanks.. but no thanks.. they didn't hound me or pressure me. They told me when were ready they can help us. Well fast forward 12 months.. and we'd been paying creditors what we could.. you know.. the absolute bare minimum... that coupled with the cost of living going up n up n up we could both see we were in real trouble..trouble we needed a professional to help with. So together we called McCambridge Duffy and from the 1st phone call they assured us they could help us. And they really did. Talked through step by step via email and a phone call. Within 5 weeks we were in a iva! We'd gone from paying out £1100 a month to creditors down to £470. one thing I was really nervous about was being left with absolutely no spare money. McCambridge Duffy made sure we had plenty of contingency money! I was also worried should I put in a extra shift I'd loose all that too the creditors. McCambridge Duffy gave me an exact figure of what I can earn before I need to let them know I had extra. So to conclude I just really felt they were "on our side" and they were there to help us. Like they actually wanted to help! I can sleep again at night now thanks to these guys. Couldn't recommend them more!

Always worried about going through something like this but these guys have really helped me out. I was in a dark dark place until I spoke to memebers if the team, they reassured me and have helped me have a positive outlook on life again. Really fast to help me through the process and explain every detail. I would recommend these guys to anyone that is struggling because you are NOT alone ☺️

Fantastic service, I was concerned about embarking on an IVA because I didnt fully understand what it involved, but McCambridge Duffy explained it all in easily understood terms .they just take all the stress worry and guilt of being in a huge amount of debt away from you and deal with it ,the next thing I knew it was all set up and a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders and I slept properly for the first time in years.Thank you so much
