I don't recommend this store
When purchasing software, they do not send any instructions - nothing at all, except confirmation of payment. They don't answer calls, they don't answer emails. I waited two days and ended up contacting the software developer's support team directly, who quickly helped me resolve the issue. I don't recommend this store

We are sorry to hear that you have not had a good experience with us, however we have received no calls from you nor any emails? Please note a few customers have called the wrong MC2 Design, we are MC2 Design Ltd and not MC2 Design which is a totally different company and has no affiliation with us. If you don't call the right company we unfortunately cannot help you.
With all due respect, you ordered the license on a Sunday when our offices are closed, your order was processed on Monday which is standard practice and also stated on our website under shipping info as "SketchUp software license is issued as a download, you will receive your license within a couple of hours of payment being received. Please note that any licenses purchased after 17:00 and on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next working day."

I can't use the license I have just renewed and I have now missed a client deadline so not ideal. Please ask someone to contact me as I need to use sketch up tomorrow for my work. Thank you
I have upgraded this to 4 stars as I did get a swift resolution to my issue. However, I did have to wait over 24 hours from renewing the licence which is too long and down to an error at your end, not my due to my late renewal so your response is not entirely accurate. Anyway, many thanks for your resolving this.

We are sorry you had issues with logging into your license.
We send renewal reminders prior to the expiry date for this main reason so that you don’t have any downtime. We are always happy to help if you get in touch with us with any issues, as we did in this instance. We managed to sort your issue out within a few minutes of you contacting us.
With all due respect, you placed the order on Sunday when our office is shut, we processed your order first thing Monday, it was just a matter of allocating the license to the user, which is actually supposed to be done from within the user account, however we were happy to help solve the issue and hopefully we will not have the same issues in the future.
We appreciate and thank you for your updated review.
