The Hub is a superb piece of software that is indispensable to my business. It is both brilliant to use and simple to understand. The support from the Wine Owners team is excellent and timely.
Have been using the system since 2021 and it works very well. Handles rotations, en primeur and all the wine specific stuff very well.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and problems usually resolved very quickly.
The Winehub team built my website and handled the full integration, including training. The price—£16,000 for the entire package—was very fair considering the quality of service and support.
The team has been excellent—responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. From the initial website design to the back-end software setup, the entire experience was extremely positive.
£16,000 might seem like a lot at first, but trust me—when you consider what you're getting, it's actually very well-priced. Everything is thoughtfully designed, functions smoothly, and ultimately saves you both time and money.

Bought a premium subscription that includes a Wine Advocate subscription. This was not delivered. Also had some queries about the service. No answer to repeated attempts to contact the company, despite stating they welcome discussion with customers. User interface seems good but no confidence to use it to buy or sell wines as seemingly no-one there. Money wasted it seems. Company focus seems to be B2B. Individuals beware.

Very very poor service. Having had constructive dialogue initially with Miles, joined and paid premium membership and provided this company with full details of my inherited wine collection. I was then advised that there was too much for them to key in and that they would only be interested in a couple of cases. To be fair they are in the process of refunding the membership but have blatantly not honoured their commitments as advertised and it’s best that all prospective customers do make some considered decisions before joining them. IMHO Best avoided for now until such time they can honour what they advertise.

Great service. Completely disagree with the reviewever below. I think he seems to misunderstanding the service, whereby it pairs up buyers and sellers. You're not going to get v fast delivery, not least because of quality checks and the fact the wine needs to physically get to them first.
I purchased a case of wine on Dec 10th, after me chasing it for weeks, it eventually turned up on on 21 January. The correspondence with the Wine Club has been extremely poor, despite promising to sort it out and contact me, nothing and no information regarding the delivery.
