Habe aus Deutschland online bestellt. Ich ich muss sagen, in dieser Parfümerie funktioniert alles super. Habe am Samstag bestellt. Am Mittwoch kam das Paket mit einem Nischenduft an zusammen mit zwei weiteren Parfüm Proben. Jederzeit immer wieder. Gerne werde ich in dieser Parfümerie bestellen.

Sicuramente profumeria molto fornita dove trovi quasi tutto del mondo del profumo, sia prodotti di Nicchia e sia commerciali. Mi sono solo trovato male con un profumo prodotto da loro, e da loro stessi consigliatomi in negozio in S. Babila, da premettere e che anche io stesso ho sbagliato a comprare fidandomi del loro consiglio. Nello specifico parliamo di un agrumato, MazzolariHartley, che sicuramente risulta gradevole come agrumato ma che comunque dura molto poco come persistenza, possiamo paragonarlo ad un Eau de Cologne. Quindi se dovete spandere 185 euro per un 100 ml, andate su altro, perché penso che la qualità delle materie prime usata è molto scadente.
Per il resto sull’offerta della profumeria di Nicchia e designer trovate tutto o quasi.

Devo accodarmi alle recensioni negative; volevo comprare un profumo che non avevo mai sentito, una cosa nuova, ma la commessa (che dovrebbe essere quella esperta) mi ha solo criticato dicendomi che non avevo le idee chiare, non proponendomi niente che mi piacesse o mi sorprendesse, e poi nei campioncini in regalo me ne ha dato uno eccezionale che avrei comprato subito; era stanca poco sorridente e anche una voce antipatica , capisco che gia Mazzolari e' un nome ma sono molto piu gentili le commesse del reparto profumeria normale che quelle della parte di nicchia

Ich habe online einen 50ml Flakon bestellt. Leider bekam ich einen Tag nach Abschluss der Bestellung eine Email, in der es hieß, dass der Duft ausverkauft ist. Mir wurden mehrere Optionen der Erstattung angeboten. Auf meine Nachfrage hin, ob es den Duft in 100ml noch gäbe, habe ich beschlossen diesen zu kaufen und die Differenz zu zahlen. Zahlung erfolgte problemlos und Lieferung kam auch gut an. Ich bekam viele Duftproben mitgeliefert und mein Flakon war auch gut verpackt. Alles in Allem kann ich sagen, dass ich nichts auszusetzen habe.

Negozio veramente bello , in pieno centro a Milano. Và bene i profumi ma un accessorio fondamentale che và bene per tutte le stagioni è il sorriso, questo sconosciuto nel negozio in questione.
Sembra che hanno passato un guaio, su' con la vita.

Last week I sat in a taxi in Milano. I so muched liked the perfume the driver was wearing that I asked what it was. He replied "Mazzolari Nero". I ordered in the online shop and it has been delivered to my doorstep in Spain within a few days. Excellent service, excellent product (of course, scents are a matter of taste, this one is perfect for me)

La mia famiglia vive tra Milano e New York ed è cliente Mazzolari dagli anni '90. Il negozio di Piazza San Babila è un vero “tempio dei profumi” e alcune signore dello staff sono vere esperte nel loro settore. I consigli di Maddalena sono sempre preziosi e hanno contribuito a cambiare in meglio le mie abitudini per quanto riguarda la cura della pelle e il trucco. La signora Antonella trova sempre soluzioni ad esigenze particolari. La signora Mara dell'amministrazione è veloce e disponibile. La sorpresa più grande è arrivata di recente, quando ho chiesto consiglio su un nuovo profumo per un regalo importante. Mi sono fatta consigliare dalla signora Rafaela, grande esperta e collezionista di profumi che mi ha aiutato anche a scoprire la storia di alcune delle fragranze più preziose. Infine, ma non meno importante, merita una visita l'area del negozio al piano interrato dedicata ai profumi, che spiega come questa azienda familiare riesca a resistere brillantemente alla concorrenza più commerciale.

My family lives between Milan and New York and has been a Mazzolari customer since the 1990s. The shop in Piazza San Babila is a true "temple of perfumes" and some of the ladies who assist customers are true experts in their sector. Ms. Maddalena's advice has always proved invaluable and has helped change my habits for the better regarding skin care and makeup. Ms. Antonella always finds solutions for special requests. Ms. Mara, which I once contacted for administration matters, is fast and helpful. The biggest surprise came recently, when I asked for advice on a new perfume for an important gift. I took advice from Ms. Rafaela, a great perfume expert and collector who also helped me discover the history of some of the most precious fragrances. Last but not least, the perfume area of the store is worth a visit and explains how this family business manages to stand up brilliantly to the more commercial competition.

Dovevo fare un cambio regalo in profumeria san babila e mi sono imbattuta nella commessa peggiore che mi sia mai capitata. Ostile fin dal mio arrivo e maleducata, mi propina con fretta una soluzione non ottimale per il mio cambio, procedo col cambio rendendomi conto due min dopo essere uscita che non era la soluzione giusta per il mio acquisto. Dopo aver visionato il sito ci sono tornata subito dicendo che ci eravamo capite male e che avevo scelto l’altra soluzione per il cambio e non solo non voleva farmi entrare perché stavano chiudendo(2 min dopo che ero uscita) e in più con arroganza ha dato la colpa al mio ragazzo dicendo che si era spiegato male lui, peccato che avessimo capito entrambi la stessa cosa. Mi dice che quello che volevo non c’era in magazzino ma dubito abbia cercato perché il giorno dopo di domenica mi chiama per dirmi che c’era. Ovviamente non ci riandrò per un ulteriore cambio! Ps Il resto del personale è stato disponibile e competente.

Io credi che ci sia una differenza tra l offerta online e l acquisto in loco. Volevo acquistare un profumo di armani prive da loro ma mi hanno fatto passare la voglia, non mi hanno aiutato dicendo che i profumi vanno sentiti in più volevo acquistare campioncini per provare e non li vendono. Insomma se non potete offrire servizi online concentratevi solo sulla vendita di persona. Feedback negativo.

I went to mazzolari shop in Milano for an exclusive perfume after checking their online shop. They didn’t have thr perfume they offer on their online shop. The manager told me that everything was sold out. I asked if they know some other shops in the area where I can get this perfume. They recommended me some of shops with 20 min by walking. I asked if they can call any of these shops to figure out if the product is available there and if it’s worth to walk there another 20 minutes in 30 degrees hit. They refused this simple request telling me that they call only to their shops and it’s out of their policy. Oh come on! I would buy one from your shop guys, but you don’t have the product! and you give wrong information on you website! The service was awful. It’s not duty free. It’s a shop with exclusive perfumes. I don’t recommend anyone to go there!

I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with the online shop Mazzolari.com. After legally purchasing the goods and receiving the invoice, the problems began. The staff started telling lies, claiming that the items were not in stock or not available for delivery, which was not true at all. It quickly became apparent that the real issue was their failure to update the prices, and I had already made my purchase.

Instead of taking responsibility for this mistake, they continued with their lies, and I was confronted with an incredible number of excuses and false statements. The behavior of the customer service was disgraceful and demonstrated a lack of respect towards their customers. Treating customers in this manner is absolutely unacceptable.

I was appalled by the audacity and dishonesty displayed by Mazzolari.com in their dealings with customers. I can only strongly advise against ever shopping there. There are plenty of other trustworthy online shops that respect their customers and treat them honestly.

It is disappointing that a company that has established itself as a perfumery exhibits such unprofessional and unethical behavior. Those responsible for this audacity and lies should face the consequences for their actions.

Conclusion: Stay away from Mazzolari.com! There are better options to fulfill your perfume needs without having to deal with such rude customer service and misleading practices.

Mazzolari è il mio punto di riferimento ogni volta che sono a Milano. Katia è sempre attenta ai miei gusti e mi fa scoprire ogni volta delle fragranze nuove e ricercate. Proprio oggi sono passata cercando un pensiero per la festa della mamma e anche in questa occasione mi ha fatto conoscere una nuova linea e ha centrato perfettamente quello che mi serviva. Fantastico!

Una delle migliori profumerie in cui sia mai stato!
Presentano un’ amplia scelta di brand, dai più commerciali a quelli più di nicchia (che personalmente prediligo).
Ho avuto modo di essere consigliato specialmente da Esa e Sabrina, due assistenti con la A maiuscola, attente alle tue richieste e meticolose nella selezione di svariati profumi e marchi in base alle preferenze del cliente.
Punto in più per l’ambiente: curato nei dettagli e molto elegante, di classe.

Ich habe schon mehrmals von dort gekauft und die sind immer top gewesen. Super Produkte, super Preise und kommen auch Proben dazu. Klare Kaufempfehlung !
