Utilisation frauduleuse de ma carte bancaire
Suite à un séjour à Liverpool du 27 octobre au 3 novembre 2024, ma carte a été utilisée à 3 reprises en décembre 2024 et janvier 2025 pour des paiements de 3 fois 69€ soit 207€.
J'ai constaté cela de retour en France et fait opposition sur ma carte.
Une enquête est en cours depuis ce jour.
Votre site est utilisé par des escrocs. Encore un paiement de 69€ effectué le 2 février 2025. Que comptez vous faire pour arrêter cette arnaque?

Absolute scam. Posted an earlier review and they asked me to contact them. This is to clarify that they take no responsibility for fraudulently taking money, and although they have agreed to delete my email and address details, they will not remove my credit card details due to "accounting law". I will be cancelling my debit card and requesting a new one as I have no trust that they will not take further funds. The company advertised that we paid to bear no relation to this company..

You need to invest in a more secure onboarding workflow or you are going to get sued or get fined by the authorities.

Excellent customer service
I previously wrote a review about Mazeebuild that was negative. I feel it would be cheating to delete it, but I certainly know now that this company does not deserve the bad press.
I contacted customer service via email, chat, phonecall. Every single time the person who replied was kind, patient, professional and understanding. I really hope their team can resolve the scam which is a misuse of their promotional campaign.
They solved my problem and issued a full refund. I am caring for my son so money is tight. I am very grateful to them for everything they have done for me.

This is a scam
This is a scam. I paid £2 for a supposed delivery of 6 bottles of Baileys. I now notice that they have taken 2 payments of £62 out of my bank without my permission. I can't find out how to cancel this payment and block them from my bank account. I have no emails from them or anything! Does anyone know how I can stop any further payments being taken from my bank account please?

Disgraceful scam marketing on social…
Disgraceful scam marketing on social media. I entered a competition to win a lego set and that somehow means I've subscribed to pay £62 a month for a Web builder service.
Having done some research, others have posted their experience of this 'promotion' on other websites such as Scamadvisor.
I had already contact customer support through online chat before posting my review. They refunded 1 payment but not all. They were unable to explain or justify why entering a lego competition led to a monthly subscription for a Web building website.
Update- since posting this review customer support have changed their minds and refunded all my payments.
