Fantastic service from ordering to delivery - less than a week between order to delivery. Used the platinum assembly / packaging removal service and the driver was extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Maze Living again for future purchases. Oh, and very good value too!

Ordered a 3x3 pergola with LED lighting & drop sides. I expected better. If you're thinking of buying one i wouldn't bother. The pergola came scratched. Some of the parts come without any protection between - they are packed metal to metal so that is a recipe for disaster with courier companies. Also the legs don't have a double walled box, whereas the others do. They claimed they couldn't replace it in time (I had to have it fitted while my work was going on) so i accepted a small refund which i had to use to buy spray paint to repair the scratches. Then i tried to build it. The tolerances and quality leaves much to be desired. The fixing holes in the leg brackets did not line up so i ended up drilling some of of them out wider. The LED diffuser does not meet in each corner and one hadn't even been cut diagonally. Some of the holes in corners where the cabling is supposed to fit also weren't large enough so again i had to make these larger to avoid and cables being crimped and damaged. I wrongly assumed the plug for the lighting goes down the leg so it's hidden but it doesn't fit. No thought is put into hiding this. I ended up cutting the plug off to put it down the leg. If you do this you'll need to file the (drainage) hole at the top of the leg as this is jagged. The cables all hang loose between the lighting so i tie wrapped these where i could - again no consideration is given to how this looks (visible from inside). Finally the remote did not work. Luckily it was only the remote so we got a replacement. Glass glue was also missing but this is pointless as the corners don't meet anyway. Clearly no checks are undertaken. The louvres are then supposed to be fitted with plastic bungs. These wouldn't fit (square peg, round hole type deal) and also plastic doesn't seem the best material for external longevity. We ended up buying some stainless screws and nuts which work better. One side of the slats doesn't close properly as the mechanism seems to block it. May need to file this off as there is no adjustment. And for some reason one of the slats at the end is fixed and not connected to the rail mechanism -not sure why and it looks odd. Haven't even attempted the drop sides yet - but these are a fix it yourself job with no pre-made connections. An after thought I presume to compete with better designed products. Instructions are also not great. Some bits are not mentioned and it would also help if these are made available online so you can plan the exact dimensions (FYI it is slightly smaller than 3x3m including the feet). I expected better for the money. Does look good from afar and works but I would not use the company again in case the whole process and product quality is similar

First class service by the delivery team . The pergola arrived 4 weeks sooner than expected and was assembled by the team. Having seen the team assemble it I would strongly advise you leave the assembly to the experts . My pergola was 8m X 4m and took the team 7.5 hours

Living in a mid Terrence it can be difficult to get things the back garden. But the guys turned up and was able to do it without any fuss. Great service from starting enquiries to purchase and delivery. Real good quality product as well.

We’ve used Maze numerous times over the last couple of years initially for outdoor furniture our holiday homes due to the quality and durability of their product.
Last year we bought a large pizza oven and BBQ to create an outdoor kitchen which is a huge success and this year their team have built us two pergolas - OMG they are perfect for the British weather!!

Easy ordering and competitive prices. Was expecting delivery in 7-10 days but was pleasantly surprised that it was delivered within 3 days by a very friendly team. The corner set was easy to put together- 8 screws and 2 clips. Almost all packaging was taken for recycling.
