The MaxSold staff were professional and very thorough. Everything ran very smoothly and we were very happy with the service provided and the results of the auction.

The Pick Up experience was phenomenal ! Joseph Muse, Elizabeth and Grace ran a smooth operation starting with Guard Gate. Buyers came, picked up their goods after verification and left. Gate kept pinging me as each buyer came thru. All goods except for a few small items were picked up. Would recommend MaxSold to anyone going thru down-sizing

Really enjoyed working with the Maxsold Team. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the individuals responsible for cataloging all the items in the home and the group of individuals that were present to ensure the security of the auction pickup. Got to meet some wonderful people throughout this process and I so appreciate Maxsold making this whole experience run as smoothly as it can be.

Total process was very seamless and easy. Team sent to catalog was thorough professional, efficient and friendly. Team for pickup was the same. Would only say it would be better to try to have one person who catalogued at pickup, as one box of items not for auction was accidentally picked up. My ex-husband, who is not listed on contract, was able to contact you and find out you credited me for the missing box which he claims was his. I wish he hadn't been able to talk to anyone since he's not on the contract. Other than that,all went really well.

First time user, just 4 days before Xmas was not the worst time to sell through auction. It was a pleasant surprise. Using the template made it all very easy.

Ran my first sale and i was quite impressed with the return that we got. Some items sold for a little less than we wanted while some lots sold for much more. The customer service was fantastic and overall the seller portal was user friendly. I will definitely use maxsold again!

The MaxSold staff did an outstanding job at planning, photographing and cataloging all the items for auction. The follow up staff that provided the oversight during pickup day were also outstanding.

I really like having someone I can call and get help solving my problem. My last sale everyone was great. And they never make me feel like I am bothering them. They are there to help!!

The people were very nice and helpful and even in the evening hours. They were ready to work with and the process was pretty straight forward. I will do another auction in the future.
