Auction Process
The entire process from start to finish was handled professionally. Communications were easy and thoughtful. The only change I would make would be to allow the seller to set a minimum price for each item.

There just weren't enough people there that knew what was going on.
I arrived at my designated time slot.
After waiting for 10 minutes in the cold,
it turns out that my item is across the street at a different pickup location. 10 minutes later, I finally got out of there. 20 minutes isn't really an acceptable pickup time. There just weren't enough people there that knew what was going on.

brough Old coins in a frame, Des coins are from around the world, some date to 1800 and up. Don't know if they are genuine, see pictures. Some appear to be silver as some are tarnished. After pick up found out all are fake not even silver lost CND$1100

Easy, smooth and successful
My Maxsold experience with my Seller Managed auction has been great from start to finish with both an excellent result and smooth and easy pick up. Staff was there to address any concerns and there was good feedback at every step of the process from the initial contact, signing of the contract, submitting the catalogue, going live, receiving the buyers list after the close and pickup as well as any follow up from the seller’s report after the pickup.

From Sales to Service
From the sales person Heather, to everyone in customer service, someone was always available by phone, even on the weekend, to answer my questions. The team was extremely accommodating to allow one day between the close of the sale, and the auction pickup. Maxsold sent many emails during the auction, at the close, and afterwards, to keep me informed. I will use Maxsold again in the future.
Staff we’re not watching the garage…
Staff we’re not watching the garage well on pickup day. Staff went into house, left the door open and buyers were wondering in without having been greeted by your staff. Showed up at 9 rather than 9:30 as we were informed so we were not ready.
